Les sp\u00e9cialistes impliqu\u00e9s dans la mise en \u0153uvre des mesures ont reconnu qu'il y avait un grand besoin d'agir dans les entreprises en cas de reproches de la part des collaborateurs. Un groupe informel de sp\u00e9cialistes s'est constitu\u00e9 en pool d'experts Arbeitundkonflikt.ch et a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des instruments qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour la pr\u00e9vention et l'intervention. Il s'agit notamment des \u00e9tapes d'action d'un centre d'accueil ou d'une grille de questions, d'\u00e9tapes et d'un calendrier pour les enqu\u00eates internes.<\/p>\n<h2>Centre de comp\u00e9tences interdisciplinaires<\/h2>\n<p>Aujourd'hui, Arbeitundkonflikt.ch est un centre de comp\u00e9tences interdisciplinaire pour la protection de l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 personnelle des entreprises et des personnes concern\u00e9es. Les domaines cl\u00e9s sont la pr\u00e9vention et l'intervention. L'une des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s de Arbeitundkonflikt.ch est l'organisation de s\u00e9minaires et d'ateliers internes et publics. Dans le cadre de cette mesure de pr\u00e9vention, les cadres et les points de contact sont form\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide de clips vid\u00e9o tourn\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialement pour les formations ou de sc\u00e8nes jou\u00e9es en direct.<\/p>\n<h2>Experts exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>Le pool d'experts pour le travail et les conflits r\u00e9unit un savoir-faire en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel, de droit, de p\u00e9dagogie et de psychologie. Le pool de sp\u00e9cialistes se compose d'experts tr\u00e8s exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de clarification des conflits, d'enqu\u00eates internes et de m\u00e9diation. Le soutien en mati\u00e8re de communication lors de crises li\u00e9es \u00e0 des conflits sur le lieu de travail constitue un autre champ d'action.
