Pr\u00e8s de 27 000 experts num\u00e9riques de 180 pays ont donn\u00e9 leur avis dans le cadre de l'\u00e9tude \"Decoding Global Talent - l'\u00e9tude sur les employ\u00e9s dans le monde\" : plus des deux tiers (67%) sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. Parmi les destinations les plus pris\u00e9es figure la Suisse (6e rang). La Suisse semble marquer des points dans ce domaine gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son haut degr\u00e9 d'innovation, \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation de sa recherche de pointe et de ses universit\u00e9s, aux nombreux centres d'entreprises tech qui y sont implant\u00e9s et \u00e0 sa qualit\u00e9 de vie \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Sur les plus de 365'000 travailleurs interrog\u00e9s dans le cadre de l'\u00e9tude \"Decoding Global Talent\" men\u00e9e par le Boston Consulting Group, The Network et JobCloud, pr\u00e8s de 27'000 sont ce que l'on appelle des talents num\u00e9riques. Leurs comp\u00e9tences comprennent entre autres le traitement de grandes quantit\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es, la programmation et le d\u00e9veloppement, le marketing et le design num\u00e9riques, l'intelligence artificielle, la robotique et l'automatisation.<\/p>\n

Les experts num\u00e9riques d'aujourd'hui ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les experts num\u00e9riques sont tr\u00e8s mobiles, plus encore que le grand public : 67% d'entre eux sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger (tous r\u00e9pondants confondus : 58%). O\u00f9 vont-ils ? Le top 5 est identique pour les talents num\u00e9riques et non num\u00e9riques : ils travailleraient le plus volontiers aux \u00c9tats-Unis, en Allemagne, au Canada, en Australie et au Royaume-Uni. Pour les experts num\u00e9riques, la Suisse est toutefois encore plus attrayante : elle arrive d\u00e9j\u00e0 en 6e position (8e position au total).<\/p>\n

Les talents num\u00e9riques sont motiv\u00e9s par le pragmatisme<\/strong>
\nMais la mobilit\u00e9 doit avant tout aller de pair avec un bon \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e : C'est la plus grande motivation des experts num\u00e9riques pour travailler \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. Les autres motivations sont les opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement personnel, d'apprentissage et de progression de carri\u00e8re. Les incitations financi\u00e8res sont \u00e9galement importantes pour les \"num\u00e9riques\".<\/p>\n

Cela donne une image beaucoup plus pragmatique que celle qui ressort de l'ensemble des personnes interrog\u00e9es. Derri\u00e8re la mobilit\u00e9 des talents non num\u00e9riques se cachent des facteurs plus \"soft\" comme les bonnes relations avec les coll\u00e8gues et les sup\u00e9rieurs. Ces facteurs arrivent en 4e et 6e position chez les experts num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n

\"De nombreuses entreprises manquent de talents num\u00e9riques, d'autres ont du mal \u00e0 les retenir. Il est clair que les organisations ont besoin d'une nouvelle approche des experts num\u00e9riques, de programmes de formation strat\u00e9giques et de possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences. Mais il vaut certainement la peine d'\u00e9tendre les efforts de recrutement \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger proche, par exemple aux pays qui parlent les m\u00eames langues\", commente Davide Villa, CEO de JobCloud, \u00e0 propos des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n
