La raison principale : l'incertitude fait partie des plus grands d\u00e9fis pour les petites entreprises. A commencer par les perspectives \u00e9conomiques mondiales et le paysage politique, jusqu'\u00e0 la d\u00e9cision de se d\u00e9velopper en employant plus de personnel, en augmentant la client\u00e8le ou en s'\u00e9tendant \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale :<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises doivent prendre les bonnes d\u00e9cisions pour assurer leur survie et leur croissance. Pour beaucoup, il est difficile de pr\u00e9dire si, dans 12 mois, elles auront besoin de deux fois plus d'espace de bureau ou peut-\u00eatre de la moiti\u00e9 seulement.<\/p>\n<p>Le choix d'un bureau flexible s'av\u00e8re \u00eatre une solution en forte croissance pour garder la ma\u00eetrise des co\u00fbts des strat\u00e9gies. De nombreux entrepreneurs optent aujourd'hui soit pour des contrats de location flexibles pour les espaces de bureau, soit pour le travail dans des environnements de co-working partag\u00e9s.
