(Photo : UPSA)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Depuis l'\u00e9t\u00e9 dernier, les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s titulaires d'un permis F ou B peuvent effectuer un pr\u00e9apprentissage d'int\u00e9gration d'un an aupr\u00e8s des garagistes de l'UPSA. Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, le champ professionnel de l'automobile \u00e9tait propos\u00e9 dans les cantons de Soleure, du Valais et de Zurich. \u00c0 partir de l'ann\u00e9e scolaire 2019\/20, la section UPSA de Suisse centrale participera d\u00e9sormais aussi au projet pilote du Secr\u00e9tariat d'\u00c9tat aux migrations avec huit \u00e0 dix participants.<\/p>\n<h2>Succ\u00e8s pour les participants<\/h2>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s pour tous les participants. Dans le canton de Zurich, les six participants ont obtenu un contrat d'apprentissage pour une formation initiale avec attestation f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de formation professionnelle (AFP) ou certificat f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de capacit\u00e9 (CFC). Parmi eux, Mebrhatom Gebremeskel, originaire d'\u00c9rythr\u00e9e, a effectu\u00e9 son pr\u00e9apprentissage d'int\u00e9gration au garage F. + Ch. M\u00fcller AG \u00e0 Steinmaur, l'entreprise de Christian M\u00fcller, pr\u00e9sident de la section zurichoise de l'UPSA. \"Le plus important pour moi \u00e9tait d'apprendre comment on travaille ici, quelles sont les r\u00e8gles et comment il faut se comporter avec les coll\u00e8gues de travail et les employeurs\", explique Gebremeskel. Melanie Aardalsbakke, responsable de projet \u00e0 l'Office de l'enseignement secondaire et de la formation professionnelle du canton de Zurich, dresse \u00e9galement un bilan positif : \"Il est frappant de voir \u00e0 quel point de nombreuses entreprises formatrices sont engag\u00e9es et per\u00e7oivent \u00e9galement ce projet comme une chance et un \u00e9largissement de leur horizon\". Douze garages zurichois se sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 inscrits pour l'ann\u00e9e scolaire \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<h2>Une fa\u00e7on de recruter la rel\u00e8ve professionnelle<\/h2>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l'UPSA, la section de Soleure a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le moteur et a \u00e9labor\u00e9 la grille de comp\u00e9tences en vigueur en collaboration avec la centrale \u00e0 Berne. Le contenu de l'enseignement de l'int\u00e9gration y est d\u00e9fini. La grille garantit que la formation est dispens\u00e9e selon les m\u00eames crit\u00e8res dans toute la Suisse. \"La formation d'assistant en maintenance automobile a servi de base\", explique Thomas Jenni, directeur de la section soleuroise de l'UPSA. Les participants travaillent trois jours par semaine dans le garage et suivent deux jours de cours \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole. Outre l'acquisition de la langue et l'apprentissage des particularit\u00e9s culturelles, \u00e9conomiques et politiques de la Suisse, ils y re\u00e7oivent un enseignement technique sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9. \"C'est un projet formidable qui vaut la peine pour tous les participants\", souligne Jenni. \"Nous avons besoin de la rel\u00e8ve professionnelle et c'est un moyen de la recruter\".<\/p>\n<h2>Le pr\u00e9apprentissage d'int\u00e9gration contribue \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>Olivier Maeder, responsable de la formation professionnelle \u00e0 l'UPSA, se rallie \u00e0 ce point de vue. \"Gr\u00e2ce au pr\u00e9apprentissage d'int\u00e9gration, les participants peuvent acqu\u00e9rir de l'exp\u00e9rience dans le monde du travail suisse et apprendre en parall\u00e8le les comp\u00e9tences linguistiques n\u00e9cessaires\", explique le membre de la direction de l'UPSA. \"Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette base, ils peuvent ensuite faire un apprentissage AFP ou CFC.
