Sa t\u00e2che consiste \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier le respect des dispositions relatives \u00e0 la protection des animaux et des exigences 3R lorsque des exp\u00e9riences sur animaux sont planifi\u00e9es et que des demandes d'autorisation sont r\u00e9dig\u00e9es. Cela suppose des connaissances techniques av\u00e9r\u00e9es et une autorisation de donner des instructions. Les 3R signifient Replace (remplacer les exp\u00e9riences sur animaux), Reduce (r\u00e9duire le nombre d'animaux) et Refine (cr\u00e9er de meilleures conditions pour les animaux utilis\u00e9s dans les exp\u00e9riences sur animaux). En appliquant les principes des 3R, on veut limiter les exp\u00e9riences sur les animaux au strict minimum et imposer le moins de contraintes possibles aux animaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contre le commerce anonyme de chiens en ligne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les importations ill\u00e9gales de chiens constituent un probl\u00e8me croissant, notamment dans le cadre du commerce sur Internet. Les personnes qui proposent des animaux en ligne doivent d\u00e9sormais indiquer leurs coordonn\u00e9es compl\u00e8tes dans les annonces. L'identification \u00e9lectronique au moyen d'une puce \u00e9lectronique ainsi que l'enregistrement complet dans la base de donn\u00e9es canine doivent permettre une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 sans faille des chiens. Pour garantir une ex\u00e9cution efficace du contr\u00f4le des chiens, il est toutefois important de disposer de donn\u00e9es correctes et compl\u00e8tes. Pour ce faire, les r\u00f4les des d\u00e9tenteurs de chiens, des v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires et des autorit\u00e9s sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La mise \u00e0 mort respectueuse des animaux a suscit\u00e9 des discussions par le pass\u00e9. La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration veut rendre les exigences en mati\u00e8re de connaissances techniques plus strictes. Les passages modifi\u00e9s de l'ordonnance exigent en outre explicitement qu'une personne qui tue un animal s'assure de sa mort. L'objectif est d'\u00e9viter que des animaux pr\u00e9tendument morts ne meurent dans d'atroces souffrances.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 interdit de transporter des poissons vivants sur de la glace ou dans de l'eau glac\u00e9e. A l'avenir, cette interdiction, qui concerne tout particuli\u00e8rement la gastronomie, s'appliquera en outre aux crustac\u00e9s. Les homards, les langoustes et les crabes ne pourront plus non plus \u00eatre d\u00e9tenus hors de l'eau. Leur mise \u00e0 mort n\u00e9cessite d\u00e9sormais un \u00e9tourdissement pr\u00e9alable ainsi que des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plus de protection pour les animaux lors des manifestations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les manifestations et les expositions d'animaux sont \u00e9galement concern\u00e9es par les modifications de l'ordonnance. Si l'organisateur a la garde des animaux, une personne responsable de la garde des animaux et titulaire d'un certificat de comp\u00e9tence est d\u00e9sormais n\u00e9cessaire.
