En particulier, les trois keynotes speakers de trois pays diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9servent des expos\u00e9s int\u00e9ressants. Le professeur Dirk Morschett de l'Universit\u00e9 de Fribourg pr\u00e9sentera la nouvelle \u00e9tude Future Retail Switzerland et mettra en \u00e9vidence les principales tendances d'avenir pour les commer\u00e7ants et les fabricants en Suisse. Zheng Han, qui s'exprimera sur l'innovation num\u00e9rique en Chine. L'expert allemand en marketing en ligne Karl Kratz cl\u00f4turera la manifestation.
