(Image symbolique ; source : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce et la coop\u00e9rative VillageOffice entrent en partenariat d\u00e8s aujourd'hui. Ind\u00e9pendamment l'une de l'autre, les deux organisations poursuivent l'objectif de promouvoir des formes de travail modernes et flexibles et de pr\u00e9parer les professionnels au monde du travail de demain. Avec cette nouvelle collaboration, elles souhaitent exploiter des synergies communes. En tant qu'association professionnelle pour les employ\u00e9s de commerce et de gestion, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce s'occupe aujourd'hui d'environ 46 000 membres. Depuis 2016, VillageOffice est en train de mettre en place un r\u00e9seau d'espaces partenaires dans toute la Suisse. Il s'agit d'espaces de coworking int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de prestataires de services locaux. Aujourd'hui, le r\u00e9seau se compose d'une soixantaine d'espaces de coworking. Dans le cadre du nouveau partenariat, les membres de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce peuvent coworker gratuitement un jour par an dans l'un des sites s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s. Pour tous les autres jours, ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d'un prix sp\u00e9cial de CHF 30.00 par jour.<\/p>\n<h2>Les entreprises en profitent aussi<\/h2>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce nouveau partenariat, les membres de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas seulement d'avantages financiers. En Suisse, environ 70% des personnes actives font la navette pour travailler en dehors de leur commune de r\u00e9sidence (OFS 2019). En utilisant des espaces de coworking proches comme bureaux ou salles de r\u00e9union externes, les actifs gagnent en flexibilit\u00e9 temporelle et g\u00e9ographique. Des trajets plus courts pour se rendre au travail laissent plus de temps pour la famille, les amis et les hobbies. \"Notre objectif est que d'ici 2030, chaque personne en Suisse atteigne l'espace de coworking le plus proche en 15 minutes \u00e0 v\u00e9lo ou en transports publics\", explique Jenny Sch\u00e4pper-Uster, partenaire et cofondatrice de VillageOffice. Cela ne favorise pas seulement l'\u00e9conomie locale et soulage l'infrastructure de transport, mais contribue aussi \u00e0 un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e. Cela a un effet positif sur la motivation et l'engagement dans l'entreprise. Les espaces de coworking ne profitent donc pas seulement aux collaborateurs, mais aussi aux employeurs. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'infrastructure externe, ils peuvent proposer des solutions flexibles \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s tout en \u00e9conomisant des co\u00fbts fixes internes.<\/p>\n<h2>Partenariat pour un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce voit \u00e9galement dans cette nouvelle forme de travail un grand potentiel pour le futur march\u00e9 du travail. Actuellement, c'est le groupe professionnel occupant des fonctions sup\u00e9rieures dans le domaine du commerce et de la gestion d'entreprise qui enregistre la plus forte croissance. C'est elle qui profite potentiellement le plus des opportunit\u00e9s de travail flexible en termes de temps et de lieu. Le travail d\u00e9centralis\u00e9 prend \u00e9galement de plus en plus d'importance avec la croissance constante de la gig economy. \"Nous nous engageons au niveau politique pour une modernisation de la loi sur le travail et pour de bonnes conditions-cadres pour les nouvelles formes de travail\", explique Ursula H\u00e4fliger, responsable de la politique \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce. Selon elle, l'objectif est de favoriser le travail flexible tout en renfor\u00e7ant la protection de la sant\u00e9. \"En outre, la protection sociale doit \u00eatre garantie pour les nouvelles formes de travail. Le travail flexible peut \u00eatre la cl\u00e9 de la poursuite de l'activit\u00e9 professionnelle, notamment pour les personnes ayant des obligations extraprofessionnelles\". La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce fait preuve d'un engagement de longue date dans le domaine de la conciliation de la vie professionnelle et de la vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Coworking gratuit pendant la Work Smart Week<\/h2>\n<p>L'annonce du partenariat tombe \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9 pour la Work Smart Week de cette ann\u00e9e (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.work-smart-initiative.ch\">work-smart initiative.ch<\/a>). Du 26 au 30 ao\u00fbt 2019, diff\u00e9rentes entreprises organisent dans le cadre de cette initiative des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sur des th\u00e8mes li\u00e9s au travail flexible et ind\u00e9pendant du lieu. Les membres de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce et les personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es pourront tester gratuitement les Member Spaces de Coworking Switzerland (coworking.ch) pendant ces journ\u00e9es.
