La Suisse occupe depuis des ann\u00e9es la premi\u00e8re place du Global Innovation Index. Il ne faut toutefois pas se reposer sur ses lauriers, car ce classement ne dit pas toute la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Peter Gr\u00fcnenfelder, directeur d'Avenir Suisse, lors du Forum \u00e9conomique d'Olten de cette ann\u00e9e. Selon lui, il ne faut pas perdre de vue d'autres faits : l'augmentation des restrictions commerciales, l'importance croissante de la Chine (au d\u00e9triment des \u00c9tats-Unis), la migration et la num\u00e9risation. La Suisse fait preuve de beaucoup trop peu de flexibilit\u00e9 face \u00e0 ces m\u00e9gatendances. C'est pourquoi Gr\u00fcnenfelder a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la Suisse de supprimer le blocage des r\u00e9formes et d'introduire une politique \u00e9conomique ext\u00e9rieure dynamique. En outre, les hautes \u00e9coles devraient r\u00e9agir plus rapidement aux besoins de l'\u00e9conomie afin de mettre \u00e0 disposition les sp\u00e9cialistes n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n

#LifelongLearning (formation continue)<\/h2>\n

Remo Ankli, conseiller d'\u00c9tat du canton de Soleure, a attribu\u00e9 de bonnes notes au paysage suisse de la formation. Les hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, notamment, ont un lien \u00e9troit avec l'\u00e9conomie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur orientation pratique. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la campagne #LifelongLearning lanc\u00e9e \u00e0 l'occasion de la Journ\u00e9e suisse du num\u00e9rique et a soulign\u00e9 qu'une des t\u00e2ches principales de l'\u00e9cole \u00e9tait d'enseigner aux enfants avant tout comment apprendre et conserver le plaisir d'apprendre tout au long de la vie.<\/p>\n

Entreprise du futur<\/h2>\n

Roger W\u00fcthrich Hasenb\u00f6hler, Chief Digital Officer Swisscom, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l'approche strat\u00e9gique de Swisscom. Pour ne pas devenir un mod\u00e8le d\u00e9pass\u00e9, les entreprises seraient bien avis\u00e9es d'investir dans l'avenir : 80 pour cent des moyens pour l'activit\u00e9 principale, 15 pour cent pour les secteurs d'activit\u00e9 voisins et 5 pour cent pour les innovations r\u00e9volutionnaires (disruptives). Ce n'est qu'en s\u00e9parant syst\u00e9matiquement l'activit\u00e9 principale de l'activit\u00e9 d'innovation que l'on peut r\u00e9aliser avec succ\u00e8s des changements fondamentaux et de nouvelles id\u00e9es. Sinon, ces \"jeunes pousses\" seraient trop n\u00e9glig\u00e9es d\u00e8s que l'activit\u00e9 principale ne fonctionne pas de mani\u00e8re optimale. W\u00fcthrich a \u00e9galement refus\u00e9 de faire cavalier seul. Pour ne pas innover sans tenir compte des consommateurs et pour r\u00e9aliser rapidement de nouvelles id\u00e9es, la coop\u00e9ration et le prototypage sont indispensables.<\/p>\n
