(Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ce que je remarque toujours le plus dans les entreprises, c'est que<strong> l'absence de perspectives r\u00e9elles<\/strong>. Lorsque je pose ma question typique \"que changeriez-vous imm\u00e9diatement si vous aviez des pouvoirs magiques et que ce changement \u00e9tait garanti de fonctionner ?\", la plupart n'ont aucune r\u00e9ponse ou une r\u00e9ponse tr\u00e8s op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<h2>Quand les grandes id\u00e9es manquent...<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Presque personne ne vient avec une id\u00e9e vraiment g\u00e9niale.<\/strong> Pourtant, la plupart d'entre eux travaillent depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es dans la m\u00eame entreprise et ont \u00e9galement diverses propositions d'am\u00e9lioration (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pour les autres). Ce qui manque, c'est une v\u00e9ritable perspective pour laquelle il vaut la peine de se battre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La bonne nouvelle : nous avons tous la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper de grandes perspectives.<\/strong>. La plupart des gens ont simplement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sappris pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. \"A chacun son m\u00e9tier\".<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9apprendre \u00e0 r\u00eaver<\/h2>\n<p>Pour le dire de mani\u00e8re plus th\u00e9\u00e2trale, nous avons perdu l'habitude de r\u00eaver. Et pas de ch\u00e2teaux en Espagne, mais d'atteindre de grands objectifs. J'ai \u00e9crit \u00e0 ce sujet dans l'avant-dernier num\u00e9ro de Success Impulse (\"Pourquoi vous devriez aller sur la lune\").<\/p>\n<p><strong>La bonne nouvelle : ce que l'on <em>ver<\/em>on peut \u00e0 nouveau <em>il<\/em>apprendre.<\/strong> Et c'est l'une de vos t\u00e2ches principales si vous voulez faire bouger quelque chose de positif avec les autres, surtout en tant que dirigeant. <strong>Comment vous y prendre ? Voici trois aides :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Perspective de vie<\/strong>. Avez-vous une vision de votre vie ou au moins des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es ? Qui voulez-vous \u00eatre ? Que voulez-vous changer dans le monde ? Avec qui ? Pourquoi ? Et ainsi de suite. Une telle vision est votre \u00e9toile polaire, votre direction. Elle guide vos d\u00e9cisions. Moins votre propre perspective est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, plus vous resterez attach\u00e9 \u00e0 ce qui existe, m\u00eame si ce n'est pas bon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conscience<\/strong>. La plupart des gens sont aujourd'hui tellement influenc\u00e9s par les autres qu'ils n'ont plus aucun point d'ancrage pour d\u00e9velopper une perspective qui repose sur un sol solide. Nous sommes tellement \u00e9puis\u00e9s par toutes les t\u00e2ches que nous n'avons pas l'\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9velopper une perspective.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exercice<\/strong>. Ce que l'on a perdu, il faut le pratiquer pour le retrouver. Vous pouvez le pratiquer tous les jours. Et surtout avec votre \u00e9quipe. Entra\u00eenez-vous \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des questions comme mon exemple ci-dessus. Ou : \"Si nous repartions de z\u00e9ro, que ferions-nous diff\u00e9remment ? Et pourquoi ?\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Alors : cr\u00e9ez de la perspective !<\/h2>\n<p>Un effet important d'une perspective forte est l'attractivit\u00e9 nettement accrue sur le march\u00e9 du travail, notamment pour les jeunes talents. Cela devient de plus en plus important pour la plupart des PME. Mais attention : vous devez aussi vivre cette perspective forte de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9dible au sein de l'entreprise.
