(Image symbolique : unsplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'objectif de l'\u00e9tude RH \u00e9tait de dresser un \u00e9tat des lieux actuel de l'utilisation et de l'application de l'analytique RH et des solutions logicielles dans les RH dans la r\u00e9gion fa\u00eeti\u00e8re, qui est \u00e0 la tra\u00eene par rapport aux autres march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens. L'enqu\u00eate analyse les objectifs et les d\u00e9fis des entreprises dans le contexte de la num\u00e9risation jusqu'en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, l'\u00e9tude illustre l'application actuelle des HR Analytics dans la pratique des entreprises. Pour ce faire, 133 cadres sup\u00e9rieurs et d\u00e9cideurs RH ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s dans le cadre de l'\u00e9tude, principalement dans la r\u00e9gion DACH. Des entretiens approfondis avec des d\u00e9cideurs RH de cinq grandes entreprises s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es \u00e0 titre d'exemple compl\u00e8tent l'\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux r\u00e9sultats :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les solutions informatiques adapt\u00e9es aux RH sont encore rares dans la gestion des talents.<\/li>\n<li>La plupart des entreprises interrog\u00e9es se fixent pour objectif d'augmenter l'efficacit\u00e9 de leur propre administration RH d'ici 2025. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, l'optimisation des processus est un th\u00e8me important qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 un impact sur de nombreuses fonctions RH. Dans ce contexte, la num\u00e9risation est clairement per\u00e7ue comme un levier.<\/li>\n<li>Parmi les solutions logicielles, les logiciels d'apprentissage sont actuellement les plus populaires : une entreprise sur deux veut ainsi renforcer la formation continue interne \u00e0 l'entreprise. Viennent ensuite les fonctions de reporting et les applications en libre-service.<\/li>\n<li>La majorit\u00e9 des entreprises interrog\u00e9es attestent d'un grand potentiel d'avenir pour les HR-Analytics : dans deux tiers des entreprises, les outils HR-Analytics joueront un r\u00f4le important comme instrument RH d'ici 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comme l'\u00e9tude pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de 2018, l'enqu\u00eate actuelle montre que seule une minorit\u00e9 d'entreprises utilise des solutions informatiques sp\u00e9cifiques pour la gestion des talents. Une entreprise sur quatre admet ne pas utiliser de solution informatique pour la gestion de ses talents. Quatre entreprises sur dix g\u00e8rent leurs talents \u00e0 l'aide de logiciels standard tels qu'Excel.<\/p>\n<p>Une bonne entreprise sur quatre utilise une installation interne d'un syst\u00e8me de gestion RH ou une solution sur site. Seule une entreprise sur cinq a recours au Software as a Service (SaaS). La question se pose alors de savoir comment aborder, fid\u00e9liser et promouvoir efficacement des professionnels hautement qualifi\u00e9s sans solution informatique suffisante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9fis pour le d\u00e9veloppement du personnel et les parcours de carri\u00e8re<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outre ces aspects technologiques, les d\u00e9cideurs interrog\u00e9s mentionnent \u00e9galement des d\u00e9fis directement li\u00e9s au d\u00e9veloppement du personnel. Pour environ un tiers des entreprises, accompagner leur propre personnel dans le changement num\u00e9rique est un d\u00e9fi. Pour 29% d'entre eux, le d\u00e9veloppement des collaborateurs et collaboratrices au sein de l'entreprise est en outre un th\u00e8me central. Pour 23% des entreprises, il est important d'initier les changements culturels n\u00e9cessaires dans le cadre de la transformation num\u00e9rique. En outre, un tout nouvel \u00e9tat d'esprit doit \u00eatre ancr\u00e9 dans les organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Grotherr, Area VP DACH &amp; East Europe chez Cornerstone OnDemand, commente les r\u00e9sultats : \"L'\u00e9tude montre que la transformation num\u00e9rique n'a toujours pas p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 de nombreux d\u00e9partements RH. Pourtant, l'analytique RH est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental de l'exp\u00e9rience des talents de demain. Mais si les conditions num\u00e9riques de base font d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9faut, m\u00eame une analyse strat\u00e9gique des donn\u00e9es ne pourra pas \u00eatre mise en \u0153uvre. Les technologies num\u00e9riques ne sont pas une couverture que l'on tire au gr\u00e9 des besoins, l\u00e0 et l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le service RH frissonne.
