En Suisse al\u00e9manique, 65'000 personnes travaillent dans le secteur du nettoyage. De nombreux travailleurs sont issus de l'immigration et ne ma\u00eetrisent pas encore la langue nationale \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9. Le secteur du nettoyage leur offre la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre pied dans une profession vari\u00e9e, mais aussi de plus en plus exigeante. Ils peuvent en outre profiter de nombreuses offres pour se former en permanence sur le tas.<\/p>\n

Formation professionnelle ax\u00e9e sur la pratique <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Corinne Sch\u00e4rer<\/strong> est vice-pr\u00e9sidente de la CP Nettoyage et d\u00e9fend les int\u00e9r\u00eats des travailleurs. La secr\u00e9taire centrale et responsable du d\u00e9partement politique d'Unia est convaincue que la formation est indispensable pour le secteur du nettoyage, \u00e0 commencer par les connaissances linguistiques : \"Les agents de nettoyage doivent pouvoir se faire comprendre et comprendre les missions qu'ils doivent accomplir. Celui qui dispose de bonnes connaissances dans son activit\u00e9 progresse professionnellement et personnellement. L'ensemble du secteur en profite, car les exigences des clients augmentent \u00e9galement dans le nettoyage. Des collaborateurs mieux form\u00e9s fournissent de meilleures prestations de service aux clients - ainsi, tout le monde est satisfait\". La vice-pr\u00e9sidente de la CP Nettoyage souligne que la mani\u00e8re dont la formation est dispens\u00e9e est d\u00e9cisive : \"La formation doit \u00eatre ax\u00e9e sur l'individu - sur ses comp\u00e9tences. La formation professionnelle en particulier doit \u00eatre tr\u00e8s ax\u00e9e sur la pratique. La formation est tr\u00e8s importante pour le d\u00e9veloppement du secteur du nettoyage, mais aussi pour l'avenir de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et du monde du travail en particulier. Pour les individus, c'est la possibilit\u00e9 de progresser professionnellement et d'exercer des activit\u00e9s int\u00e9ressantes\". \"Le respect au travail\" : Nouveau cours sur l'intimidation, le harc\u00e8lement sexuel et la discrimination<\/h2>\n

Les nombreuses offres de la CP Nettoyage sont tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9es. Rien que les cours d'allemand ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suivis par environ 900 personnes en 2018. En 2018, la CP Nettoyage a introduit avec succ\u00e8s le cours de formation sur la CCT qui concerne les salaires. A partir d'octobre 2019, un nouveau cours en deux parties sur le harc\u00e8lement moral, le harc\u00e8lement sexuel et la discrimination sera organis\u00e9. Dans le module de base et le module d'approfondissement, les collaborateurs et les cadres acqui\u00e8rent les connaissances n\u00e9cessaires pour reconna\u00eetre les cas de mobbing, de harc\u00e8lement sexuel et de discrimination. Ils apprennent \u00e0 r\u00e9agir de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e et \u00e0 prendre les mesures n\u00e9cessaires. Ils testent des actions concr\u00e8tes. L'\u00e9ducateur social Lu Decurtins est l'un des six experts qui ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le cours. Il formule son souhait personnel pour le secteur du nettoyage : \"Les collaborateurs doivent se sentir forts, avoir une position s\u00fbre et d\u00e9fendre leurs droits\".<\/p>\n
