(Photo : Thomas Berner)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La palette des th\u00e8mes abord\u00e9s \u00e9tait large : prendre des d\u00e9cisions, motiver, assumer des responsabilit\u00e9s, mais aussi r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur soi-m\u00eame, accepter la critique ou se sentir personnellement bien dans ses fonctions de direction ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s et discut\u00e9s l'apr\u00e8s-midi du 23 octobre 2019.<\/p>\n<h2>Diriger, ce n'est pas seulement prendre des d\u00e9cisions<\/h2>\n<p>La journ\u00e9e a d\u00e9but\u00e9 par un expos\u00e9 de Mathias M\u00fcller. Il est psychologue de formation, politicien, auteur de livres et officier de carri\u00e8re de l'arm\u00e9e suisse. Dans sa fonction actuelle, il est responsable du recrutement annuel de nouveaux soldats. Sa d\u00e9finition du commandement figure donc dans le r\u00e8glement de service de l'arm\u00e9e : \"Orienter l'action des subordonn\u00e9s vers la r\u00e9alisation d'un objectif\". Et pour cela, il a besoin des trois devoirs suivants : D\u00e9cider, motiver (en donnant du sens) et prendre des responsabilit\u00e9s. A l'aide de diff\u00e9rents exemples v\u00e9cus personnellement, il a montr\u00e9 que diriger est tout sauf donner des ordres. La boussole des valeurs personnelles joue toujours un r\u00f4le : \"Personne ne veut agir mal. Les gens veulent toujours bien faire\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M\u00fcller. Mais il a bien entendu reconnu que ce que les uns consid\u00e8rent comme bon peut aussi \u00eatre mauvais pour les autres. Un chef doit \u00e9galement bien conna\u00eetre les forces et les faiblesses de ses subordonn\u00e9s. C'est une autre essence d'un bon leadership. (Photo : Thomas Berner)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Les participants ont ensuite eu l'occasion de s'informer plus en d\u00e9tail sur les offres de diff\u00e9rentes entreprises du r\u00e9seau sant\u00e9 &amp; entreprise. Beat R\u00fcfli, directeur du r\u00e9seau, qui compte d\u00e9sormais un nombre consid\u00e9rable de membres dans l'Espace Mittelland, a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 proposer un m\u00e9lange de th\u00e8mes qui, \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue, n'est pas si courant. Mais en y regardant de plus pr\u00e8s et lors des discussions entre les participants, il est apparu clairement \u00e0 quel point ces th\u00e8mes sont directement li\u00e9s entre eux. Celui qui ne se sent pas \u00e0 l'aise travaille de mani\u00e8re inefficace, ce qui influence la qualit\u00e9 des d\u00e9cisions et a des cons\u00e9quences correspondantes. C'est pourquoi les participants n'ont pas seulement parl\u00e9 du \"leadership\" en lui-m\u00eame, mais aussi de l'alimentation adapt\u00e9e aux besoins ou de la motivation et de l'esprit - la m\u00e9thode choisie des World Caf\u00e9s a permis une interaction anim\u00e9e en cons\u00e9quence.
