Les deux entreprises se trouvent actuellement dans un processus de mise en \u0153uvre de la strat\u00e9gie et de changement.<\/p>\n<p>De tels projets de changement et de d\u00e9veloppement sont complexes. Mais la complexit\u00e9 est g\u00e9rable. Le succ\u00e8s d\u00e9pend en grande partie d'interventions syst\u00e9miques. Celles-ci acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent et ancrent la mise en \u0153uvre dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Nous mettons l'accent sur les 3 engagements. Le dictionnaire d\u00e9finit l'engagement comme suit : activit\u00e9, effort, participation, engagement, z\u00e8le, engagement, \u00e9nergie, d\u00e9vouement, effort, coop\u00e9ration, participation, attachement, obligation. Cela fait chaud au c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. engagement envers l'organisation et la cause : \"Je suis enthousiaste\".<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les visions profond\u00e9ment ressenties sont port\u00e9es. Lorsque le sens de l'activit\u00e9 et de l'entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 compris sur le plan \u00e9motionnel, il lib\u00e8re d'\u00e9normes forces de changement. Mais cela ne se d\u00e9cr\u00e8te pas d'en haut. L'enthousiasme na\u00eet du fait que je m'int\u00e9resse \u00e0 quelque chose qui a une utilit\u00e9 et qui s'accompagne de bons sentiments. Si l'on parvient \u00e0 susciter l'enthousiasme chez les collaborateurs, ils d\u00e9velopperont l'envie d'apprendre. Nous avons besoin d'une interaction communicative et dialogique, de confrontations et de digressions, afin de cr\u00e9er une culture de discussion ouverte. Nous renfor\u00e7ons la confiance, la coresponsabilit\u00e9 et la responsabilit\u00e9 individuelle, ce qui est extr\u00eamement important pour utiliser la complexit\u00e9 comme une chance et ne pas se retrouver dans l'impasse lorsqu'on est d\u00e9pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. engagement pour sa propre croissance : \"apprentissage tout au long de la vie\".<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que chacun s'engage \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper toujours plus personnellement et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper son potentiel autant que possible. Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifie se fixer ses propres objectifs, revoir ses hypoth\u00e8ses de base, corriger ses pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s, faire des exp\u00e9riences sur soi-m\u00eame, se r\u00e9orienter et \u00e9largir ses propres options d'action. Chacun apprend avec sa situation et en sort grandi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. engagement envers les coll\u00e8gues f\u00e9minines : \"Mes coll\u00e8gues f\u00e9minines r\u00e9ussissent\".<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C'est l'\u00e9preuve de v\u00e9rit\u00e9, car de bonnes relations renforcent et favorisent consid\u00e9rablement le projet de changement. L'esprit d'\u00e9quipe na\u00eet de la cocr\u00e9ation. Chacun s'engage pour la r\u00e9ussite de l'autre, on apprend \u00e0 conna\u00eetre les points de vue et les mani\u00e8res de voir, on construit des ponts et on abat des murs. De l'EGO \u00e0 l'ECOSyst\u00e8me. Nous n'apprenons \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper tout notre potentiel que si nous sommes dans des relations qui ont un sens pour nous. Et puis, apprendre \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe signifie d'abord \u00e9couter et comprendre les autres. Si l'on parvient \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un lieu s\u00fbr, exempt de toute domination, o\u00f9 chacun s'implique en toute confiance et accueille l'inattendu, la nouveaut\u00e9 surgira presque d'elle-m\u00eame.
