(Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'une des choses les plus merveilleuses pour moi, en tant que sparring-partner, conseiller et executive coach, c'est que j'ai eu l'occasion, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, d'observer plus d'une centaine d'entreprises de tous les secteurs possibles. Je suis toujours fascin\u00e9 par les diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons de penser, de se comporter et de travailler des personnes qui travaillent dans ces entreprises, et surtout des dirigeants, qui obtiennent des succ\u00e8s (et des \u00e9checs).<\/p>\n<h2>Remettre en question les croyances<\/h2>\n<p>Ce qui est un must absolu pour les uns, les autres n'y ont jamais pens\u00e9. Exemples (il en existe d'innombrables autres) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour les uns, les r\u00e9unions d'alignement hebdomadaires sont une routine, pour les autres, il est m\u00eame difficile de trouver un tel rendez-vous une fois par an.<\/li>\n<li>Les uns font preuve de plaisir et d'humour, les autres donnent l'impression de devoir descendre \u00e0 la cave pour rire.<\/li>\n<li>Les uns s'encouragent et se mettent constamment au d\u00e9fi avec du coaching et des formations, tandis que les autres ne font presque jamais rien de tel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 o\u00f9 je veux en venir : il existe un lien \u00e9vident entre la mani\u00e8re dont une \u00e9quipe pense et agit et les succ\u00e8s en cours. Le probl\u00e8me est que la plupart des gens ne regardent jamais au-del\u00e0 de leurs propres croyances et exp\u00e9riences.<\/p>\n<h2>Des id\u00e9es contre la consanguinit\u00e9 intellectuelle<\/h2>\n<p>Voici trois id\u00e9es de ce que vous pouvez faire pour vous et votre \u00e9quipe afin de lutter contre le risque de consanguinit\u00e9 intellectuelle :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Acceptez l'id\u00e9e que vous pourriez avoir beaucoup plus de succ\u00e8s si vous pensiez et vous comportiez diff\u00e9remment. Cette volont\u00e9 est parfois tr\u00e8s difficile \u00e0 atteindre (car apr\u00e8s tout, vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 du succ\u00e8s). Mais comme on le dit si bien : \"Le plus grand ennemi du grandiose est le bien\".<\/li>\n<li>Mettez-vous au d\u00e9fi, vous et votre \u00e9quipe, en proposant sans cesse de nouvelles approches et de nouveaux mod\u00e8les de pens\u00e9e. La mani\u00e8re dont vous avez proc\u00e9d\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent n'est probablement jamais la meilleure solution absolue. Essayez de nouvelles choses, m\u00eame au \"risque\" qu'elles ne fonctionnent pas tout de suite.<\/li>\n<li>Perspective : offrez-vous, ainsi qu'\u00e0 votre \u00e9quipe, de nouvelles perspectives. Qu'il s'agisse de visites d'autres entreprises performantes proposant de nouveaux concepts, de la participation \u00e0 des conf\u00e9rences, d'experts externes apportant des id\u00e9es nouvelles, de formations vid\u00e9o ou de livres passionnants : il existe diverses possibilit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Le plus important est d'accepter qu'il existe toujours une meilleure voie (et m\u00eame g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plusieurs).
