Passer une semaine dans une finca isol\u00e9e, \u00e0 l'\u00e9cart des affaires courantes, pour d\u00e9finir des d\u00e9veloppements de produits et repenser les valeurs de l'entreprise ? C'est tr\u00e8s tentant. C'est possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la Company Retreat. Connues aux \u00c9tats-Unis et approuv\u00e9es par des leaders de la branche comme Buffer, des entreprises suisses comme Ofri et Renuo<\/a> apr\u00e8s<\/p>\n

Focalisation de la Company Retreat en fonction de l'entreprise<\/h2>\n

\"Lors de notre Company Retreat, nous planifions le d\u00e9veloppement des produits pour les six mois \u00e0 venir et nous nous consacrons \u00e0 des th\u00e8mes qui ne re\u00e7oivent pas l'attention qu'ils m\u00e9ritent dans le rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s quotidiennes\", explique Benny Hertach, directeur d'Ofri. Depuis trois ans, il organise des retraites d'entreprise avec son \u00e9quipe. Un emploi du temps et des objectifs d\u00e9finis \u00e0 l'avance aident l'\u00e9quipe \u00e0 ne pas perdre le focus.<\/p>\n

Samuel Steiner, directeur de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Renuo AG<\/a>La retraite d'entreprise de son agence informatique : \"Je mets l'accent sur la formation et l'inspiration\". L'objectif de la semaine est que les membres de l'\u00e9quipe puissent apprendre les uns des autres. Chaque collaborateur pr\u00e9pare un bloc d'apprentissage pour ses coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n

Augmenter l'identification avec l'entreprise<\/h2>\n

Il y a deux ans, l'\u00e9quipe d'Ofri a \u00e9labor\u00e9 les valeurs de l'entreprise lors de la Company Retreat \u00e0 Lisbonne. \"Le fait que nous les ayons d\u00e9finies ensemble dans un moment de calme vaut de l'or\", explique Hertach. Les valeurs l'aident \u00e0 recruter. Avant d'embaucher un nouveau collaborateur, Hertach v\u00e9rifie si le candidat correspond aux valeurs. Depuis qu'il s'en inspire syst\u00e9matiquement, aucun nouveau collaborateur n'a encore quitt\u00e9 l'entreprise. \"Pour moi, c'est clairement le r\u00e9sultat de la Company Retreat\", confirme Hertach. Steiner ajoute : \"J'ai observ\u00e9 comment la Company Retreat accro\u00eet la motivation et augmente l'identification \u00e0 l'entreprise\".<\/p>\n

Company Retreat favorise le sentiment d'appartenance \u00e0 l'entreprise<\/h2>\n

Les directeurs d'Ofri et Renuo<\/a> louent toujours un grand Airbnb pour leurs retraites d'entreprise. \"Il en r\u00e9sulte tout naturellement des discussions informelles qui renforcent le sentiment d'appartenance\", explique Steiner. Mais les deux entreprises pr\u00e9voient aussi d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment des activit\u00e9s de loisirs. \"Je recommande en particulier aux \u00e9quipes distantes de consacrer suffisamment de temps \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s sociales communes\", explique Hertach. Il dirige son \u00e9quipe depuis six ans, ind\u00e9pendamment du lieu. Le travail \u00e0 distance pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages, mais le manque de contact social est clairement un inconv\u00e9nient. \"Il faut faire attention \u00e0 ce que la relation de travail ne devienne pas trop st\u00e9rile\", admet Hertach. C'est pourquoi il pr\u00e9voit une journ\u00e9e de loisirs sur les cinq jours de la Company Retreat. L'\u00e9quipe d'Ofri a fait des randonn\u00e9es ensemble \u00e0 Malte et en Suisse, a pagay\u00e9 dans les vagues de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e et a assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une conf\u00e9rence \u00e0 Zurich.<\/p>\n
