Les fondateurs se soumettent chaque semaine aux questions et au feed-back de leurs collaborateurs. Pour Patrick Warnking, Country Director Google Suisse, ce n'est pas la technologie qui est au premier plan de la transformation num\u00e9rique. Selon lui, ce sont les personnes qui doivent \u00eatre au centre : Les collaborateurs, les clients, les partenaires pour l'innovation dans l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La num\u00e9risation - une affaire de chef ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nadine Stutz, responsable de la communication num\u00e9rique chez Raiffeisen Suisse, est du m\u00eame avis : \"La num\u00e9risation est une affaire de chef - il faut devenir soi-m\u00eame un manager du changement pour accompagner activement le passage du papier au num\u00e9rique. Si l'on y parvient, les avantages sont immenses. Les connaissances sont partag\u00e9es plut\u00f4t que stock\u00e9es. Des organisations apprenantes voient le jour. Des structures et des processus clairs sont n\u00e9cessaires et les attentes doivent \u00eatre clarifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Seri Wada, fondateur de Seri Backhandwerk, a en horreur le marketing traditionnel. Il agit selon la devise : \"Done is better than perfect\", ce qui signifie \"Fait mieux que parfait\" : Il vaut mieux lancer un produit rapidement sur le march\u00e9 que de le perfectionner en silence pendant des ann\u00e9es. Son objectif est de fabriquer la meilleure baguette. Pour ce faire, il utilise habilement les commentaires qu'il re\u00e7oit via les canaux de m\u00e9dias sociaux - en outre, il google de temps en temps les personnes qui l'aiment sur Facebook et les surprend en leur offrant une baguette fra\u00eeche sur place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La culture de l'erreur est d\u00e9cisive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour Ren\u00e9 Maeder, directeur de XING Suisse, une culture de l'erreur est d\u00e9cisive. Les ind\u00e9pendants le savent, mais les collaborateurs devraient \u00e9galement avoir le droit d'essayer leurs propres choses et de faire des erreurs. Or, de nombreux collaborateurs en ont peur.
