La crise Corona n'a pas encore eu d'influence sur le nombre de nouvelles entreprises au premier trimestre 2020. Le nombre toujours \u00e9lev\u00e9 de nouvelles entreprises donne confiance en l'avenir - les entrepreneurs courageux sont maintenant demand\u00e9s. N\u00e9anmoins, il faut s'attendre \u00e0 un recul des cr\u00e9ations d'entreprises au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2020, qui sera d\u00fb aux cons\u00e9quences globales du coronavirus. Les cr\u00e9ations d'entreprises s'\u00e9tendent souvent sur plusieurs semaines, raison pour laquelle on ne dispose actuellement que de peu de faits significatifs, comme le fait savoir l'Institut IFJ pour les jeunes entreprises.<\/p>\n

F\u00e9vrier 2020 : le mois le plus propice \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d'entreprise en comparaison pluriannuelle<\/h2>\n

L'analyse du premier trimestre 2020 par l'IFJ Institut f\u00fcr Jungunternehmen montre que le mois de janvier 2020 a enregistr\u00e9 un nombre \u00e9lev\u00e9 de cr\u00e9ations d'entreprises (3 701). Avec une diff\u00e9rence de -1,8%, le record de janvier 2019 a \u00e9t\u00e9 manqu\u00e9 de peu. Avec 3'939 nouvelles entreprises, f\u00e9vrier 2020 a enregistr\u00e9 une valeur record en comparaison mensuelle sur plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Cela correspond \u00e0 une augmentation de 1,8% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Le mois de mars est plac\u00e9 sous le signe des r\u00e9percussions globales du coronavirus et du lockdown dans de nombreux pays, dont la Suisse depuis le 17 mars 2020. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des cr\u00e9ations d'entreprises, on peut toutefois constater que, malgr\u00e9 les circonstances d\u00e9favorables, 3'718 nouvelles entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es en Suisse. Cela correspond \u00e0 une baisse de -6,1% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente 2019 avec 3'958 nouvelles entreprises.<\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9ations d'entreprises par secteur<\/h2>\n

En ce qui concerne la cr\u00e9ation d'entreprises par branche, l'analyse de l'IFJ montre au premier trimestre 2020 de fortes augmentations dans les branches Architecture & Ing\u00e9nierie et Marketing & Communication (+14% chacune), Conseil (+7%) et Services priv\u00e9s & commerciaux (+4%). Les branches de l'artisanat et de la culture et de l'utilit\u00e9 publique ont \u00e9galement connu une augmentation de 1% chacune. Au cours des trois premiers mois de 2020, les cr\u00e9ations d'entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 moins nombreuses dans les secteurs de la haute technologie (-26%), du commerce de gros (-15%), de l'immobilier (-13%), de l'IT & ICT (-10%) et de la mobilit\u00e9 (-10%).<\/p>\n

Entretien avec des hommes et des femmes d'action courageux<\/h2>\n

Le lockdown, d\u00e9cid\u00e9 le 16 mars 2020 par le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, touche durement la branche de la coiffure. C'est le cas de Daniela Luchetti et Severina Br\u00e4gger, qui se sont mises \u00e0 leur compte il y a six mois avec Coiffeur Blum GmbH \u00e0 Saint-Gall. Depuis plus de 15 ans, elles travaillent ensemble en \u00e9quipe et font de leur mieux pour que chaque cliente et chaque client quitte le salon satisfait et avec le sourire.<\/p>\n

Comment la situation actuelle influence-t-elle votre activit\u00e9 commerciale ?<\/em>
\nBien entendu, nous devons nous aussi contribuer \u00e0 la situation actuelle et avons d\u00fb fermer notre salon \u00e0 nos clients \u00e0 partir du 17.03.2020 en raison des prescriptions de l'OFSP. Du jour au lendemain, nous avons donc perdu la quasi-totalit\u00e9 de nos recettes, alors que la base de co\u00fbts est rest\u00e9e pratiquement inchang\u00e9e. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des recettes, il ne nous reste plus que la vente en ligne de certains produits capillaires. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des co\u00fbts, nous ne pouvons pas d\u00e9clarer de ch\u00f4mage partiel, car nous sommes tous deux ind\u00e9pendants et n'avons pas de collaborateurs salari\u00e9s. Il nous reste \u00e0 demander une indemnisation de 196 francs chacun au maximum par jour.<\/p>\n

Comment assurez-vous le financement ?<\/em>
\nCe sont les trois mesures diff\u00e9rentes que nous avons prises :<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Comme nous avons ouvert il y a six mois d\u00e9j\u00e0 et que la marche des affaires a \u00e9t\u00e9 positive d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, il nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de constituer certaines r\u00e9serves.<\/li>\n
  2. En ce qui concerne les co\u00fbts, nous essayons de r\u00e9duire les frais courants au minimum et de payer les factures courantes avec du retard en raison des nouvelles directives.<\/li>\n
  3. De nouvelles sources de revenus : Par le biais d'Instagram, nous faisons de la publicit\u00e9 pour nos clients sur les produits capillaires avec lesquels ils peuvent prendre soin d'eux \u00e0 la maison. Cela nous permet de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles sources de revenus par la vente en ligne de produits capillaires et de r\u00e9duire au moins un peu le manque \u00e0 gagner. De plus, nous utilisons ce moyen pour distribuer de petites attentions \u00e0 nos clients, comme par exemple notre fameux pain \u00e0 la banane. Cela nous permet \u00e9galement de renforcer et d'intensifier certaines relations avec nos clients.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Dans quelle mesure \u00eates-vous satisfait des mesures d\u00e9cid\u00e9es par le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral ?<\/em>
    \nPour nous, cela d\u00e9pend fortement de la demande en cours concernant les indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res de la caisse de compensation AVS. Si nous les obtenons pour un montant maximal de 196 francs par personne et par jour, cela nous aide \u00e9norm\u00e9ment. Bien s\u00fbr, nous ne pourrons jamais couvrir l'ensemble des pertes, mais cela nous permet d'assurer notre salaire de base et les liquidit\u00e9s minimales n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l'entreprise. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette aide, nous ne sommes pas non plus oblig\u00e9s de recourir aux cr\u00e9dits propos\u00e9s par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration. Si ces fonds sont vers\u00e9s rapidement comme pr\u00e9vu, nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux de ce soutien et donc tr\u00e8s satisfaits des mesures prises par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n
