La crise de Corona pose des d\u00e9fis de toutes sortes \u00e0 de nombreuses entreprises. La ZHAW propose d\u00e9sormais une aide psychologique ainsi qu'un soutien en mati\u00e8re de communication. (Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

La crise de Corona provoque une grande ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 chez les particuliers comme chez les entreprises. C'est pourquoi la ZHAW a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre son savoir-faire \u00e0 la disposition du public. D'une part, la School of Management and Law conseille les PME qui doivent prendre rapidement des mesures de communication pour survivre, mais qui ne peuvent pas s'offrir les services de grandes agences. Le conseil est gratuit et est \u00e9galement disponible pour les organisations (\u00e0 but non lucratif) disposant de budgets plus modestes. D'autre part, l'IAP Institut f\u00fcr Angewandte Psychologie propose des consultations par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou par vid\u00e9o gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une Care Team. Cette offre est \u00e9galement gratuite et ouverte \u00e0 toutes les personnes qui sont expos\u00e9es \u00e0 des tensions personnelles et familiales en raison de la situation actuelle. Cette offre de conseil vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 combler une lacune qui est apparue parce que de nombreuses offres psychoth\u00e9rapeutiques ne sont actuellement disponibles que de mani\u00e8re limit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Aide rapide en mati\u00e8re de communication pour les entreprises<\/h2>\n

La crise de la Corona frappe durement l'\u00e9conomie suisse. De nombreuses petites et moyennes entreprises sont contraintes soit d'arr\u00eater compl\u00e8tement leurs services, soit de passer au ch\u00f4mage partiel ou de r\u00e9duire leurs effectifs en raison de la modification de leur carnet de commandes. Les cons\u00e9quences \u00e0 long terme pour l'\u00e9conomie, mais aussi pour les entreprises, sont actuellement difficiles \u00e0 \u00e9valuer. De nombreuses PME sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis jusqu'ici inconnus en mati\u00e8re de communication et de marketing. L'Institut de gestion du marketing de la ZHAW School of Management and Law propose un soutien concret avec la \"clinique de la communication marketing\". Ce soutien s'adresse aux entreprises qui n'ont pas les moyens de s'offrir une agence ou un conseil et qui ont besoin d'un avis d'expert ind\u00e9pendant. Les conseils de la clinique de communication marketing se font en ligne et sont gratuits.<\/p>\n

Aide et conseils psychologiques en temps de crise<\/h2>\n

La situation autour du coronavirus et les mesures ordonn\u00e9es par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration entra\u00eenent une modification de la structure quotidienne chez les enfants, les jeunes et les adultes. Non seulement les contacts sociaux sont limit\u00e9s, mais l'ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 augmentent, les inqui\u00e9tudes concernant l'emploi et les pertes de revenus augmentent. Tout cela peut conduire \u00e0 des tensions personnelles et familiales. La situation est encore aggrav\u00e9e par le fait que de nombreuses offres psychoth\u00e9rapeutiques sont disponibles de mani\u00e8re limit\u00e9e. C'est pourquoi les psychologues de l'IAP Institut f\u00fcr Angewandte Psychologie proposent des consultations gratuites par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou par vid\u00e9o.
