Avec le nouveau syst\u00e8me d'incitation, la Suva a la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre en charge les frais de r\u00e9insertion jusqu'\u00e0 20 000 francs.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

La situation \u00e9conomique actuelle et l'avanc\u00e9e de la num\u00e9risation font qu'il est de plus en plus difficile de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer les travailleurs accident\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail - surtout s'ils ne sont pas du tout ou peu form\u00e9s. Afin de soutenir les entreprises qui mettent \u00e0 disposition des emplois adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 ces personnes, la Suva lance maintenant le programme \"Incitations \u00e0 la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration en entreprise\".<\/p>\n

L'accent est mis sur les personnes qui, apr\u00e8s un accident, ne peuvent plus exercer leur activit\u00e9 initiale ou ne peuvent reprendre leur m\u00e9tier qu'avec un engagement important de leur employeur. L'un des crit\u00e8res est en outre qu'il n'existe aucun droit \u00e0 une mesure professionnelle de l'assurance-invalidit\u00e9 (AI) - que ce soit parce que les personnes concern\u00e9es n'ont pas droit \u00e0 une reconversion sans formation ou parce que l'AI n'intervient pas pour une autre raison. La mise en \u0153uvre du programme se fait toutefois en \u00e9troite collaboration entre la Suva et l'AI.<\/p>\n

20'000 francs d'honoraires de succ\u00e8s<\/strong><\/p>\n

D\u00e9sormais, un nombre nettement plus important d'assur\u00e9s ou d'entreprises devraient profiter du syst\u00e8me d'incitation optimis\u00e9. Pour cela, la Suva \u00e9largit ses prestations. A l'avenir, l'offre devrait \u00e9galement concerner les entreprises qui r\u00e9int\u00e8grent leurs propres collaborateurs accident\u00e9s. Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, le syst\u00e8me d'incitation s'appliquait aux entreprises qui avaient cr\u00e9\u00e9 un poste pour un employ\u00e9 accident\u00e9. En effet, \"nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rons donner \u00e0 nos assur\u00e9s une perspective plut\u00f4t qu'une rente\", explique Peter Diermann, responsable du secteur des prestations d'assurance \u00e0 la Suva.<\/p>\n

Avec le nouveau syst\u00e8me d'incitation, la Suva a la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre en charge les frais de r\u00e9insertion jusqu'\u00e0 20'000 francs. \"Il s'agit par exemple d'adaptations du poste de travail, de frais d'initiation \u00e0 un nouveau poste ou de cours de formation en vue d'un reclassement ou d'un nouvel emploi\", explique Diermann. De plus, en cas de r\u00e9ussite de la mesure, un honoraire de r\u00e9ussite de 20 000 francs peut \u00eatre vers\u00e9. Ces frais n'entra\u00eenent aucune charge de prime pour les entreprises. L'objectif de la Suva est que ces mesures lui permettent de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies financi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

Le programme \"Incitations \u00e0 la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration dans l'entreprise\" remplace le projet pilote \"Initiative de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration professionnelle\", gr\u00e2ce auquel la Suva a pu r\u00e9int\u00e9grer 180 assur\u00e9s et \u00e9conomiser 30 millions de francs sur les rentes vers\u00e9es au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
