Des investissements et des am\u00e9liorations continus dans les domaines de la culture et de l'attractivit\u00e9 du lieu de travail ainsi que de la satisfaction des collaborateurs ont permis d'obtenir ce r\u00e9sultat de pointe, rapporte la PME implant\u00e9e \u00e0 Saint-Gall, Zurich et Berne.<\/p>\n<h2>Great Place to Work dans la cat\u00e9gorie \"Best Workplaces Small<\/h2>\n<p>Mich\u00e8le M\u00e9groz, pr\u00e9sidente de la direction, est ravie de ce classement. \"Trouver des employ\u00e9s motiv\u00e9s, bien form\u00e9s et enthousiastes et les garder est essentiel pour le succ\u00e8s de CSP. Nos valeurs ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 orient\u00e9es dans ce sens, puisque l'orientation vers la performance, la responsabilit\u00e9 personnelle, la reconnaissance, l'estime, une grande flexibilit\u00e9 du travail et le plaisir au travail sont les piliers de notre culture.
