Pour la quatri\u00e8me fois cons\u00e9cutive, UMB a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 comme meilleur employeur de Suisse. Mais il y a encore bien d'autres employeurs distingu\u00e9s. (Image : UMB)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

UMB<\/a>, AbbVie<\/a> et CSP<\/a> sont les meilleurs employeurs de Suisse dans leurs cat\u00e9gories respectives. Ce r\u00e9sultat se base sur le feedback de plus de 17 000 collaborateurs interrog\u00e9s par Great Place to Work. Quatre collaborateurs sur cinq recommanderaient ces entreprises \u00e0 leurs amis et connaissances. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, la remise des prix de la 12e \u00e9dition de ce concours n'a pas eu lieu dans le cadre d'une manifestation solennelle, mais de mani\u00e8re purement virtuelle en raison de la crise de Corona. Cette ann\u00e9e, plus de 200 entreprises se sont soumises \u00e0 l'analyse ind\u00e9pendante de leur culture du lieu de travail - mais seules 46 d'entre elles ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se hisser sur la liste des meilleures.<\/p>\n

Des marques connues parmi les meilleurs employeurs<\/h2>\n

Avec UMB, c'est une entreprise de plus de 250 collaborateurs qui se hisse en haut de l'\u00e9chelle des grandes entreprises, d\u00e9j\u00e0 laur\u00e9ate en 2016 et 2018 dans la cat\u00e9gorie moyenne. AbbVie compte \u00e9galement depuis longtemps parmi les meilleurs employeurs et a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e depuis 2015 dans la cat\u00e9gorie moyenne (50-249 collaborateurs). Cette ann\u00e9e, la victoire a \u00e9t\u00e9 au rendez-vous. En 2017, CSP AG Competence Solutions Project avait d\u00fb s'avouer vaincu de justesse dans la cat\u00e9gorie des petites entreprises jusqu'\u00e0 49 collaborateurs, mais cette ann\u00e9e, ils sont mont\u00e9s sur la plus haute marche du podium.<\/p>\n

Parmi les employeurs distingu\u00e9s, on trouve, outre des marques connues comme Digitec Galaxus, IWC Schaffhausen, Sunrise, SAP et DHL, de nombreuses PME suisses. Pour celles-ci, une excellente culture du lieu de travail est un instrument important dans la lutte pour les meilleurs talents face \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e et \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution d\u00e9mographique.<\/p>\n

Ce qu'il faut pour faire partie des meilleurs employeurs<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Les employeurs r\u00e9compens\u00e9s savent comment d\u00e9velopper durablement le potentiel de leurs collaborateurs. La base pour cela est avant tout un haut niveau de confiance, obtenu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des valeurs v\u00e9cues et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du management. M\u00eame si ces aspects sont propres \u00e0 chaque entreprise, il est possible d'identifier des tendances g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et des bonnes pratiques. Parall\u00e8lement, il est possible de voir o\u00f9 se situent les plus grandes diff\u00e9rences par rapport \u00e0 un employeur moyen :<\/p>\n

Les collaborateurs veulent \u00eatre impliqu\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9cisions, ce qui est li\u00e9 \u00e0 l'estime v\u00e9cue. Les entreprises agiles n'ont pas l'ambition que le top management ait toutes les solutions en main. Au contraire, une grande confiance est accord\u00e9e aux collaborateurs et ils sont motiv\u00e9s pour apporter leurs propres id\u00e9es. Leah Martorelli, conseill\u00e8re de Great Place to Work Switzerland, explique comment UMB s'y prend par exemple : \"UMB a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un portail dans lequel chaque coll\u00e8gue peut tr\u00e8s facilement publier une id\u00e9e personnelle, la rendre publique et participer ainsi au d\u00e9veloppement de l'entreprise : Si une innovation ou une proposition pla\u00eet, le coll\u00e8gue peut simplement lui attribuer un \"like\". Chaque personne qui publie une innovation ne doit pas seulement \u00eatre le fournisseur d'id\u00e9es, mais peut et doit participer activement \u00e0 sa mise en \u0153uvre\".<\/p>\n

Donner du sens \u00e0 son travail<\/h2>\n

Le sens du travail et la fiert\u00e9 de l'entreprise sont \u00e9galement des facteurs de plus en plus importants pour la satisfaction des collaborateurs. Thomas Schneider, consultant et copropri\u00e9taire de Great Place to Work Switzerland, cite en exemple l'entreprise pharmaceutique AbbVie : \"Le traitement de la maladie de Parkinson avanc\u00e9e est un grand d\u00e9fi. C'est pourquoi AbbVie tient \u00e0 c\u00e9l\u00e9brer chaque patient auquel elle permet d'am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son traitement. C'est pourquoi, au d\u00e9but du mois, une cloche de bateau annonce le nombre r\u00e9jouissant de nouveaux patients. Chaque coup de cloche dans la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria signifie l'am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de vie d'un patient atteint de la maladie de Parkinson gr\u00e2ce au traitement AbbVie. Ce signal doit accompagner les collaborateurs jusqu'\u00e0 la fin de l'ann\u00e9e et montrer qu'AbbVie fait du bon travail mois apr\u00e8s mois et que derri\u00e8re chaque coup de cloche se cache un excellent travail d'\u00e9quipe\".<\/p>\n

L'entreprise APP Unternehmensberatung, qui occupe la troisi\u00e8me place parmi les moyennes entreprises, mise elle aussi sur l'implication des collaborateurs, comme le sait la conseill\u00e8re Christine Meyenhofer de Great Place to Work Switzerland : \"Lors du s\u00e9minaire annuel sur l'avenir, qui dure trois jours, les collaborateurs participent entre autres au d\u00e9veloppement des valeurs, de la vision et de la politique d'entreprise. Bien qu'il serait moins co\u00fbteux d'y impliquer uniquement la direction, l'approche participative choisie offre une nette valeur ajout\u00e9e, car les contenus \u00e9labor\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d'une plus large assise\".<\/p>\n
