\"Le lockdown et le home office ont entra\u00een\u00e9 un changement durable et permanent de notre quotidien professionnel\", d\u00e9clare Markus Grutzeck, pr\u00e9sident de Contact Center Network e.V. (CCN) lors de la pr\u00e9sentation des r\u00e9sultats d'une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e en mai 2020 aupr\u00e8s des cadres allemands. Le r\u00e9sultat le plus important : les d\u00e9placements professionnels sont nettement r\u00e9duits, m\u00eame \u00e0 long terme. Cela a des cons\u00e9quences aussi bien pour les rendez-vous commerciaux que pour les salons et les congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n

En personne ou en ligne - comment vous y prenez-vous apr\u00e8s Corona ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pr\u00e8s de 70 pour cent des cadres d'entreprises allemandes interrog\u00e9s veulent r\u00e9duire leurs propres d\u00e9placements, seuls 32 pour cent veulent utiliser les transports en commun \u00e0 l'avenir. En revanche, avec 52 pour cent des citations, la voiture personnelle est nettement plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e. Le r\u00e9sultat est \u00e9galement clair en ce qui concerne les manifestations : 67 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es pr\u00e9voient de participer \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en ligne, des webinaires ou des salons virtuels. Seul un tiers des personnes interrog\u00e9es pr\u00e9voit de participer \u00e0 des manifestations en pr\u00e9sentiel organis\u00e9es par des associations ou des salons professionnels. C'est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles le CCN a r\u00e9cemment annonc\u00e9 son intention de d\u00e9velopper son propre format d'\u00e9v\u00e9nement num\u00e9rique, qui a de l'avenir.<\/p>\n

Pessimisme pour la distribution<\/h2>\n

L'\u00e9valuation des rendez-vous commerciaux est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s claire : Seuls 14 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment que leur propre service ext\u00e9rieur reviendra \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 de d\u00e9placement normale apr\u00e8s la crise de Corona. Une entreprise sur dix d\u00e9clare vouloir renoncer compl\u00e8tement aux d\u00e9placements commerciaux \u00e0 l'avenir, la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es va au moins r\u00e9duire ses d\u00e9placements.<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e9sultats sont similaires pour les r\u00e9unions et les conf\u00e9rences internes. 57 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es visent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les rendez-vous pr\u00e9sentiels. Toutefois, les \u00e9changes personnels sont importants. Seuls 10 pour cent des personnes interrog\u00e9es envisagent d'organiser \u00e0 l'avenir des r\u00e9unions exclusivement en ligne. L'avenir verra probablement l'\u00e9mergence d'une culture de r\u00e9union hybride - avec un m\u00e9lange de r\u00e9unions en ligne et en pr\u00e9sentiel.<\/p>\n

Pouss\u00e9e involontaire de la num\u00e9risation<\/h2>\n

\"Les entreprises, la direction ainsi que les collaborateurs ont fait l'exp\u00e9rience que la communication num\u00e9rique fonctionne. Pour certains, il s'agissait d'une pouss\u00e9e involontaire de la num\u00e9risation. Mais il est clair que le num\u00e9rique s'est impos\u00e9 et qu'il sera \u00e0 l'avenir un pilier tout \u00e0 fait essentiel pour les r\u00e9seaux et l'\u00e9change d'informations, pour la collaboration et le travail en \u00e9quipe\", r\u00e9sume Grutzeck.<\/p>\n
