L'association fa\u00eeti\u00e8re ICTswitzerland passe l'\u00e9conomie suisse des TIC au crible : depuis le 15 juin 2020, toutes les tendances et les chiffres cl\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre consult\u00e9s et utilis\u00e9s en ligne sur la plateforme en ligne \"Facts and Figures on the digital economy from one hand\". Cette plateforme d'information met \u00e0 la disposition du public une large base de donn\u00e9es qui permet d'avoir un aper\u00e7u ind\u00e9pendant et global de l'\u00e9conomie des TIC.<\/p>\n

De nombreux postes vacants malgr\u00e9 la crise de Corona<\/h2>\n

La plateforme comprend six th\u00e8mes : situation du march\u00e9 du travail, structure de l'emploi, formation, besoins en formation, secteur et cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les utilisateurs peuvent consulter des donn\u00e9es fond\u00e9es afin de classer les \u00e9volutions actuelles et d'analyser les forces et les faiblesses de la Suisse dans les domaines centraux de la num\u00e9risation. Sous le th\u00e8me \"Situation actuelle du march\u00e9 du travail<\/a>\"Il appara\u00eet par exemple que le nombre de postes vacants dans le domaine des TIC (16 534) est presque quatre fois sup\u00e9rieur au nombre de professionnels au ch\u00f4mage (4 305). Ce fait refl\u00e8te la grave p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 dans le domaine des TIC. En m\u00eame temps, on peut en d\u00e9duire que l'offre importante de postes vacants en p\u00e9riode de crise comme celle de Corona doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme positive. En effet, le domaine professionnel dynamique des TIC avec ses 242 600 employ\u00e9s (croissance depuis 2010 : +83 200, soit +52%) est \u00e9galement touch\u00e9 par la crise du march\u00e9 du travail suisse : depuis avril 2020, le nombre de postes vacants a diminu\u00e9 de 7,1%, tandis que le nombre de ch\u00f4meurs a augment\u00e9 de 571. Et dans le th\u00e8me \"\u00c9ducation<\/a>\"En 2017, on constate que les hommes sont toujours 9 fois plus nombreux que les femmes \u00e0 suivre une formation de base en ICT (2018 : 1990 hommes, 220 femmes).<\/p>\n
