Suite \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie, le climat d'exportation des PME est tomb\u00e9 \u00e0 son niveau le plus bas depuis la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9alisation de l'enqu\u00eate export de Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) en 2010. Selon l'enqu\u00eate actuelle, men\u00e9e entre d\u00e9but mai et d\u00e9but juin 2020, environ deux tiers des PME suisses interrog\u00e9es doivent faire face \u00e0 une baisse de leurs exportations \u00e0 la fin du premier semestre 2020. La pand\u00e9mie a des cons\u00e9quences commerciales n\u00e9gatives pour 81 % des entreprises, ceci principalement en raison de la chute de la demande subie, de la baisse des ventes et du chiffre d'affaires ainsi que du manque de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les attentes et la planification. En ce qui concerne le second semestre 2020, 39 % des PME s'attendent \u00e0 une augmentation des exportations, tandis que 23 % s'attendent \u00e0 une stagnation et 38 % \u00e0 un nouveau recul.<\/p>\n

Le barom\u00e8tre des exportations du Credit Suisse r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement un faible sentiment d'exportation<\/h2>\n

Le barom\u00e8tre des exportations du Credit Suisse, qui refl\u00e8te la demande \u00e9trang\u00e8re de produits suisses, montre lui aussi clairement les effets de la crise de la Corona. Sa valeur d'avril de -2,59 n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pass\u00e9e que pendant la crise financi\u00e8re de 2008. En mai 2020, le barom\u00e8tre des exportations est remont\u00e9 \u00e0 une valeur de -1,54, ce qui reste toutefois nettement inf\u00e9rieur au seuil de croissance. Tiziana Hunziker, \u00e9conomiste au Credit Suisse, explique \u00e0 ce sujet : \"Les mesures de protection \u00e9tatiques et les arr\u00eats de production ont notamment entra\u00een\u00e9 des interruptions dans les cha\u00eenes internationales de marchandises et d\u00e9clench\u00e9 un blocage des investissements. Nous partons du principe que pour la majorit\u00e9 des exportateurs, le point bas a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint en avril. Pour les exportations de l'industrie des machines, des \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques et des m\u00e9taux (branche MEM) vers l'espace asiatique, une tendance \u00e0 la hausse \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 visible en avril. Toutefois, le manque \u00e0 gagner et la hausse du ch\u00f4mage devraient se prolonger. Les branches particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9pendantes du climat de consommation, comme l'industrie horlog\u00e8re, devront probablement attendre encore plus longtemps une reprise\".<\/p>\n

Le commerce mondial est frein\u00e9<\/h2>\n

Alberto Silini, responsable du conseil chez Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE), constate : \"La crise de la Corona a frein\u00e9 le commerce mondial. Les PME suisses \u00e0 vocation internationale ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement touch\u00e9es par cette chute, ce que refl\u00e8te de mani\u00e8re impressionnante le niveau historiquement bas du climat d'exportation. Notre enqu\u00eate montre toutefois qu'entre-temps, de nombreuses entreprises ont pu se stabiliser et envisagent \u00e0 nouveau l'avenir avec plus d'optimisme. Apr\u00e8s une phase marqu\u00e9e par la gestion de crise, il s'agit maintenant pour les PME suisses d'adapter rapidement leurs propres cha\u00eenes de cr\u00e9ation de valeur \u00e0 la nouvelle donne et de revenir sur les march\u00e9s cibles avec une meilleure strat\u00e9gie que la concurrence internationale. La diversification des d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s et des sources d'approvisionnement ainsi que l'utilisation d'instruments de couverture contre les risques de change et autres risques \u00e0 l'exportation jouent un r\u00f4le important dans ce contexte\".<\/p>\n
