Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie des capteurs, les ing\u00e9nieurs suisses innovants ont entre-temps d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 l'\u00e9cran en une solution compl\u00e8te. D\u00e9sormais, il est \u00e9galement possible de g\u00e9rer des postes de travail, des huddle rooms et d'autres locaux.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les nouveaux concepts d'espace exigent de nouvelles solutions de gestion<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le monde du travail moderne a besoin d'un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le intelligent des environnements de travail, sinon le chaos est in\u00e9vitable. Le fondateur et CEO de Roomz, Roger Meier, confirme : \"Les d\u00e9veloppements technologiques, la mise en r\u00e9seau globale et les influences d\u00e9mographiques ont modifi\u00e9 notre culture du travail. La gestion des espaces de travail devient de plus en plus une comp\u00e9tence cl\u00e9. Avec Covid-19 et les mesures de protection qui y sont li\u00e9es, les exigences en mati\u00e8re de bureaux intelligents prennent un poids suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<h2>Affichage et logiciel de gestion pour bureaux intelligents<\/h2>\n<p>La solution se compose de l'\u00e9cran \u00e9prouv\u00e9 et d'un logiciel de gestion qui s'int\u00e8gre facilement dans une infrastructure informatique existante, par exemple via Office 365 ou Google Calendar. Il constitue le c\u0153ur entre le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9servation, les pr\u00e9sentoirs et les capteurs de bureau et de salle. Les r\u00e9servations peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es et annul\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el, aussi bien sur un \u00e9cran que via le logiciel de r\u00e9servation. Pour les salles de r\u00e9union, le capteur d'espace v\u00e9rifie l'occupation momentan\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'un d\u00e9tecteur de mouvement infrarouge passif et lib\u00e8re les salles de r\u00e9union ou les huddle rooms r\u00e9serv\u00e9es mais non occup\u00e9es apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9lai pr\u00e9d\u00e9fini. \"Les entreprises peuvent ainsi \u00e9viter les r\u00e9unions fant\u00f4mes co\u00fbteuses\", explique Fabien Moine, directeur du marketing et des ventes. \"D\u00e9sormais, la solution permet \u00e9galement d'administrer et de g\u00e9rer les postes de travail de mani\u00e8re optimale. Les collaborateurs peuvent r\u00e9server leur poste de travail de mani\u00e8re flexible et efficace via le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9servation. Gr\u00e2ce au plan d'\u00e9tage int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et \u00e0 la fonction Floorplan, il est possible d'afficher l'utilisation de la surface par \u00e9tage ou des diff\u00e9rents postes de travail. En alternative, le Desksensor se pr\u00eate \u00e0 la gestion selon le principe . Les deux possibilit\u00e9s servent \u00e0 afficher les postes de travail occup\u00e9s et libres en temps r\u00e9el - une base importante pour un partage de desks r\u00e9ussi\".<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Une signalisation claire et des analyses pr\u00e9cieuses<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La plupart des utilisateurs profitent de la possibilit\u00e9 de publier les occupations des salles et des postes de travail \u00e9galement sur des \u00e9crans d'information plac\u00e9s au centre. \"En tant qu'instrument pr\u00e9cieux de signalisation, les visualisations augmentent la satisfaction des collaborateurs et le guidage des visiteurs. De plus, toutes les donn\u00e9es d'occupation peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9es par b\u00e2timent, par \u00e9tage et par poste de travail. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les donn\u00e9es fournissent des informations pr\u00e9cieuses sur l'utilisation productive des locaux et des postes de travail. Roomz Analytics est un instrument important pour la gestion op\u00e9rationnelle et strat\u00e9gique de l'entreprise\", explique Roger Meier \u00e0 propos des valeurs ajout\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Organiser plus facilement le retour au bureau apr\u00e8s Covid-19<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les fonctions mentionn\u00e9es ont \u00e9galement aid\u00e9 les entreprises \u00e0 organiser le retour au bureau \u00e0 Covid-19 en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et sans stress. Les capacit\u00e9s maximales des b\u00e2timents peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9finies \u00e0 l'avance et les employ\u00e9s peuvent ensuite pr\u00e9-r\u00e9server leur desk jusqu'\u00e0 cette limite maximale via les outils de Roomz. Les donn\u00e9es d'analyse et les visualisations permettent de contr\u00f4ler et de respecter les r\u00e8gles de distance.
