(Image : Fotolia.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e encore, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce a analys\u00e9 la croissance du PIB pr\u00e9vue par le Secr\u00e9tariat d'Etat \u00e0 l'\u00e9conomie (SECO) et les experts de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, ainsi que le rench\u00e9rissement et les co\u00fbts qui en d\u00e9coulent pour les employ\u00e9s (niveau des prix, frais de sant\u00e9, loyer, etc.). Normalement, il en d\u00e9duit des recommandations salariales sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la branche, afin de lutter contre une perte de pouvoir d'achat et de faire participer les collaborateurs \u00e0 une productivit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e ainsi qu'\u00e0 une augmentation de la rentabilit\u00e9. En raison de la crise de Corona et de la situation \u00e9conomique actuelle, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce n'exigera toutefois pas davantage de salaires pour certaines branches en 2021. Elle s'engage plut\u00f4t pour le maintien d'un maximum d'emplois et la garantie des revenus. Elle demande en outre aux employeurs d'investir dans le renforcement de l'employabilit\u00e9 des collaborateurs et des cadres, notamment par le biais de formations continues. N\u00e9anmoins, les entreprises sont tenues d'accorder des augmentations de salaire si elles pr\u00e9sentent une forte valeur ajout\u00e9e et ne sont pas confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes existentiels.<\/p>\n<h2>Maintenir les postes et les salaires \u00e0 long terme<\/h2>\n<p>\"Compte tenu de la situation \u00e9conomique difficile actuelle, il ne semble pas opportun \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce d'exiger une augmentation de salaire dans toutes les branches\", explique Caroline Schubiger, responsable Profession et conseil \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce. Le lockdown du printemps 2020 aura des r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives sur la situation \u00e9conomique et sur le march\u00e9 du travail, comme le pr\u00e9voient le Centre de recherches conjoncturelles de l'EPF de Zurich et le SECO. Il est maintenant particuli\u00e8rement important de garantir les emplois et les revenus \u00e0 long terme afin de pr\u00e9server le pouvoir d'achat et de renforcer la consommation et l'\u00e9conomie. \"Le maintien des emplois dans les branches qui doivent s'attendre \u00e0 des effets \u00e0 long terme de la pand\u00e9mie de Corona sur le volume de travail, comme par exemple dans le transport a\u00e9rien, constitue un d\u00e9fi particulier\", explique M. Schubiger. \"S'il n'est pas possible d'\u00e9viter une suppression de postes, nous nous engagerons pour des solutions socialement acceptables et soutiendrons activement les collaborateurs concern\u00e9s\".<\/p>\n<h2>La formation continue renforce l'employabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>De nos jours, les connaissances techniques acquises sont rapidement d\u00e9pass\u00e9es. De nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, comme par exemple la comp\u00e9tence de changement, l'auto-organisation ou la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9cision, sont n\u00e9cessaires pour rester agile. De m\u00eame, la pouss\u00e9e de la num\u00e9risation, avec la crise de Corona, montre que les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques, m\u00e9thodologiques, sociales et personnelles sont de plus en plus importantes dans ce monde du travail. C'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment vers ces comp\u00e9tences que la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce oriente la r\u00e9forme de l'apprentissage de commerce (Employ\u00e9s de commerce 2022). Mais ces comp\u00e9tences ne doivent pas seulement \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par les jeunes d\u00e9butants, mais aussi par les professionnels exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s et les travailleurs plus \u00e2g\u00e9s. \"C'est justement maintenant qu'il est important d'investir dans la formation continue. C'est le seul moyen de permettre aux collaborateurs d'\u00e9voluer professionnellement et de renforcer ainsi leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 ainsi que celle de l'entreprise\", explique M. Schubiger. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce demande donc aux entreprises de motiver et de soutenir les collaborateurs dans leur formation continue. En d'autres termes, les entreprises sont tenues de cr\u00e9er des conditions-cadres appropri\u00e9es et un climat de confiance pour que les formations continues fassent partie de la carri\u00e8re professionnelle et du temps de travail. En outre, les collaborateurs et les cadres devraient \u00eatre sensibilis\u00e9s \u00e0 l'importance de l'apprentissage tout au long de la vie.<\/p>\n<h2>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce offre un soutien complet<\/h2>\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de commerce offre aux employ\u00e9s des conseils complets et les soutient dans leurs demandes relatives \u00e0 la formation et \u00e0 la profession. En outre, dans la perspective de la crise de Corona, elle a \u00e9tendu sa collecte de fonds annuelle afin d'aider les membres qui sont touch\u00e9s par des pertes de revenus et des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res.
