Apr\u00e8s un licenciement, il est donc difficile pour beaucoup d'envisager l'avenir professionnel de mani\u00e8re positive. Zerrin Azeri, Associate Director chez le prestataire de services en ressources humaines Robert Half \u00e0 Zurich, donne des conseils pour r\u00e9ussir sa recherche d'emploi m\u00eame en p\u00e9riode difficile.<\/p>\n

M\u00eame si le licenciement est soudain, dans la plupart des cas, les travailleurs restent encore quelques jours ou quelques semaines dans l'entreprise. Comment doivent-ils se comporter au mieux dans cette situation ?
\n<\/em>Zerrin Azeri : M\u00eame si cela peut para\u00eetre difficile, les travailleurs licenci\u00e9s devraient utiliser le temps qui leur reste pour faire leurs adieux de mani\u00e8re professionnelle. Cela signifie que les projets doivent \u00eatre transmis de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que d'autres puissent les poursuivre correctement et que l'on doit rester aimable envers ses sup\u00e9rieurs et ses coll\u00e8gues. M\u00eame si la d\u00e9mission est d\u00e9j\u00e0 effective, il faut laisser une impression positive. Dans le meilleur des cas, les coll\u00e8gues fournissent alors des contacts qui m\u00e8nent \u00e0 un nouvel emploi.
