Une tendance r\u00e9jouissante qui est \u00e9galement confirm\u00e9e par le dernier rapport Schilling. Pourtant, dans plus de la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises \u00e9tudi\u00e9es, on cherche en vain des femmes dans la direction (GL). La situation est meilleure dans les conseils d'administration, puisqu'environ 85% des entreprises \u00e9tudi\u00e9es comptent au moins une femme parmi leurs membres.<\/p>\n<p>En comparaison sectorielle, ce sont les entreprises proches de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration qui se positionnent le mieux, avec une proportion moyenne de femmes dans la direction de 22%. Suivent les secteurs des sciences de la vie avec 18% et des assurances avec 13%. Dans le secteur des biens de consommation et de la vente au d\u00e9tail, ainsi que dans les banques, le taux est de 10%. Les TIC et le secteur Transport&amp;Logistique&amp;Tourisme ont un taux de femmes de 9% en moyenne. La branche de l'industrie ferme la marche avec seulement 51 ppm.<\/p>\n<p>La plupart du temps, il n'y a pas d'intention directe de maintenir d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment une faible proportion de femmes parmi les cadres. Toutefois, de nombreuses entreprises n'ont gu\u00e8re envie de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette situation.
