Que ce soit sur place \u00e0 Zurich ou en ligne via le livestream, les vendeurs et acheteurs d'entreprises recevront des connaissances pratiques sur la succession d'entreprise de A \u00e0 Z, de premi\u00e8re main, de la part d'experts en succession exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. L'organisateur est l'initiative Bus successeur.ch<\/a>. Le cadre appropri\u00e9 est fourni par EXPERTsuisse<\/a> en tant que partenaire de coop\u00e9ration pour cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement. Journ\u00e9e de suivi en tant qu'\u00e9v\u00e9nement hybride<\/h2>\n

L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement aura lieu le 17 septembre 2020 de 9 \u00e0 18 heures. Les entrepreneurs int\u00e9ress\u00e9s* peuvent y participer aussi bien sur place chez EXPERTsuisse, Stauffacherstrasse 1, 8004 Zurich, qu'en ligne par livestream. Marius Klauser, directeur d'EXPERTsuisse, d\u00e9clare \u00e0 ce sujet : \"La succession d'entreprise est un th\u00e8me novateur pour nos membres et l'\u00e9conomie suisse, et la Journ\u00e9e de la succession est LE rendez-vous \u00e0 ne pas manquer\".<\/p>\n

Programme en deux parties<\/h2>\n

Le matin, de 9h \u00e0 13h, les 15 experts en succession exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s* du Bus successoral.ch se tiendront \u00e0 la disposition des participants pour des entretiens individuels gratuits. L'apr\u00e8s-midi, de 13h30 \u00e0 17h30, sera consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation continue avec une s\u00e9rie d'ateliers pour les vendeurs et les acheteurs d'entreprises. L'\u00e9ventail th\u00e9matique s'\u00e9tend de l'analyse de la situation, des sc\u00e9narios de solutions possibles et de l'\u00e9valuation de l'entreprise, \u00e0 la recherche et aux n\u00e9gociations, jusqu'\u00e0 la r\u00e9daction du contrat et sa mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n

Comment se d\u00e9roule une succession ? Que dois-je pr\u00e9parer ? Quelle est la valeur de mon entreprise ? Comment trouver un successeur pour mon entreprise ? Suis-je un bon successeur ? C'est \u00e0 ces questions et \u00e0 d'autres questions \"br\u00fblantes\" que les experts* de l'\"Initiative Bus de la succession\" r\u00e9pondront lors de la journ\u00e9e de la succession \u00e0 Zurich aux propri\u00e9taires de PME.<\/p>\n
