Les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ont montr\u00e9 que de plus en plus d'entreprises ne se limitent plus \u00e0 une seule strat\u00e9gie de distribution, mais qu'elles ont recours \u00e0 d'autres formes de distribution int\u00e9gr\u00e9e que la franchise afin de se d\u00e9velopper durablement. Les raisons de l'adoption de l'un ou l'autre syst\u00e8me de distribution peuvent \u00eatre multiples : soit le donneur de syst\u00e8me veut accorder plus de droits et de libert\u00e9s au partenaire de distribution, soit il ne veut justement pas le faire.<\/p>\n

Planifier correctement<\/h2>\n

Le choix de la bonne strat\u00e9gie de distribution est une question d'avenir pour toute entreprise qui souhaite positionner sa marque avec succ\u00e8s et conqu\u00e9rir son propre march\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e. Pour ce faire, il est recommand\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer soigneusement la strat\u00e9gie de distribution et de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des analyses sans pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s. Swiss Distribution souhaite montrer qu'il est possible de gagner de l'argent en tant que distributeur d'une marque connue, sans avoir \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir soi-m\u00eame au concept et au positionnement de la marque. swiss distribution a pour objectif de renforcer l'esprit d'entreprise. A ce propos, Rainer J\u00f6hl, nouveau pr\u00e9sident de swiss distribution, et CEO de RE\/MAX Switzerland : \"L'association soutient les PME dans l'optimisation de leur organisation de distribution\".<\/p>\n

Que fait la nouvelle F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de la franchise ?<\/h2>\n

swiss distribution encourage la discussion entre ses membres sur toutes les questions relatives \u00e0 la distribution int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et s'engage, en collaboration avec des centres de formation, pour la formation et le perfectionnement des experts en distribution. Des th\u00e8mes tels que la durabilit\u00e9 dans la gestion d'entreprise sont \u00e9galement \u00e0 l'ordre du jour de swiss distribution.<\/p>\n
