Depuis cette date, le salaire r\u00e9el des nettoyeurs d'entretien a augment\u00e9 d'environ 27% et celui des nettoyeurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s de 10 \u00e0 16%. En 2017, les nettoyeurs d'entretien re\u00e7oivent jusqu'\u00e0 l'\u00e2ge de 3 ans r\u00e9volus un salaire de base de CHF 1'000.<\/p>\n<p>Les collaborateurs ayant entre trois et six ans d'exp\u00e9rience professionnelle re\u00e7oivent CHF 3'726.45 et ceux ayant plus de six ans d'exp\u00e9rience CHF 3'785.60. Les collaborateurs du nettoyage sp\u00e9cial gagnent au moins CHF 4'120.80 (collaborateurs non qualifi\u00e9s ayant jusqu'\u00e0 4 ans d'exp\u00e9rience professionnelle), respectivement CHF 4'594.- (collaborateurs ayant plus de 4 ans d'exp\u00e9rience professionnelle) et CHF 5'284.05 (24 ans r\u00e9volus et disposant du brevet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral ou de 2 ans d'exp\u00e9rience professionnelle apr\u00e8s l'obtention du certificat f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de capacit\u00e9). Ces donn\u00e9es salariales incluent le 13e mois de salaire au prorata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9volution politique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le secteur du nettoyage industriel est lui aussi touch\u00e9 par les incertitudes actuelles qui p\u00e8sent sur l'\u00e9conomie suisse en raison de l'\u00e9volution politique difficile et de la situation mon\u00e9taire en Europe.
