Nappo et Urs Bucher, des cadres, des Lifelong Learners et des acteurs de la transformation am\u00e8nent le premier \u00e9v\u00e9nement TEDxHWZ en ligne au niveau num\u00e9rique. Les enseignants et les responsables de la fili\u00e8re inspirent et motivent les participants \u00e0 l'Executive MBA Digital Leadership \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leur propre perspective sur les comp\u00e9tences de direction dans un avenir num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<h2>Mise en r\u00e9seau dans le cadre d'un cursus<\/h2>\n<p>Avec douze contributions sur le th\u00e8me <strong>\"Le monde du futur\"<\/strong> le 21 novembre 2020, entre 9 et 15 heures, des orateurs chevronn\u00e9s inspireront et donneront des ailes \u00e0 leur public avec des histoires passionnantes, des id\u00e9es r\u00e9volutionnaires et des r\u00e9alisations en streaming sur Internet. Lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement en ligne, le public profitera des nombreux th\u00e8mes de discussion innovants ainsi que de la possibilit\u00e9 d'\u00e9changer en direct et de mani\u00e8re interactive avec les participants et les conf\u00e9renciers dans des forums de discussion num\u00e9riques. Une mise en r\u00e9seau personnelle en vue de futures possibilit\u00e9s de coop\u00e9ration est ainsi encourag\u00e9e. La HWZ est la premi\u00e8re haute \u00e9cole suisse \u00e0 avoir int\u00e9gr\u00e9 ce d\u00e9fi comme partie int\u00e9grante du programme d'un cursus.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quels sont les objectifs <\/strong><strong>le <\/strong><strong>premier<\/strong> <strong>\u00c9v\u00e9nement TEDxHWZ ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En 18 minutes maximum, les orateurs pr\u00e9senteront leur \"idea worth spreading\". Les orateurs et les organisateurs se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une exp\u00e9rience en ligne unique pour les spectateurs. Le cadre num\u00e9rique montre \u00e0 quel point le r\u00f4le de l'homme est important aujourd'hui et le sera \u00e0 l'avenir. TEDxHWZ poursuit une approche durable : pour un prix de billet de 20 CHF, 50% des recettes sont revers\u00e9es \u00e0 l'organisation humanitaire Vision Himalaya. Cette organisation soutient les personnes atteintes de cataracte dans les pays en d\u00e9veloppement afin qu'elles retrouvent la vue. Aujourd'hui, 50 CHF suffisent pour rendre la vue \u00e0 une personne gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s laser ultramodernes : Avec cinq billets vendus par TEDxHWZ, une perspective d'avenir est ainsi offerte \u00e0 une personne aveugle.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu'est-ce que TEDx ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>TED est une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif qui se consacre \u00e0 la diffusion d'id\u00e9es innovantes. Lors des conf\u00e9rences TED, des penseurs et des hommes d'action de premier plan, comme par exemple Elon Musk, Bill Gates ou Jane Goodall, sont invit\u00e9s en tant qu'orateurs pour pr\u00e9senter en 18 minutes ou moins leur \"idea worth spreading\".
