La nouvelle \u00e9quipe de direction Kaufmann\/de Boer met en \u0153uvre les prochaines \u00e9tapes de d\u00e9veloppement de GetDiversity. En \u00e9largissant ses prestations actuelles, l'agence de placement veut aider de plus en plus les organisations suisses \u00e0 introduire une diversit\u00e9 efficace dans leurs organes strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle offre de conseil \"Diversity by Design\" se concentre sur la conception syst\u00e9matique de processus de recherche et de s\u00e9lection qui augmentent les r\u00e9sultats en faveur de la diversit\u00e9 et de la qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les \u00e9quipes mixtes ont plus de succ\u00e8s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GetDiversity renouvelle maintenant elle-m\u00eame sa direction. Les futures propri\u00e9taires et directrices sont les entrepreneuses exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es et membres du conseil d'administration Esther-Mirjam de Boer (47 ans) et Carla Jane Kaufmann (36 ans). \"Nous voulons \u00e9largir judicieusement le concept de diversit\u00e9 et utiliser pleinement les nouveaux m\u00e9dias. En m\u00eame temps, nous voulons poursuivre la vision des deux fondatrices : Les comit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques fa\u00e7onnent l'avenir. La diversit\u00e9 garantit que cela se fasse de mani\u00e8re globale et durable. GetDiversity introduit syst\u00e9matiquement la diversit\u00e9 dans les organes strat\u00e9giques, car elle est un facteur de r\u00e9ussite strat\u00e9gique pour l'innovation et l'\u00e9volution. En bref, les \u00e9quipes mixtes apportent plus de succ\u00e8s\".<\/p>\n<p>Contrairement aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de recherche de cadres, GetDiversity entretient un r\u00e9seau personnel et actif de plus de 100 femmes membres de conseils d'administration qui se connaissent et \u00e9changent leurs exp\u00e9riences entre elles. Ce r\u00e9seau comprend des femmes exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de conseil d'administration et capables d'adopter une strat\u00e9gie, issues de tous les secteurs et groupes professionnels.
