Le SSIS est la plus grande \u00e9tude sur le secteur suisse des logiciels et fournit des informations prospectives sur la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et des effectifs. Cette ann\u00e9e, l'\u00e9tude s'est concentr\u00e9e sur les effets de COVID-19 et l'importance de la r\u00e9utilisation des logiciels pour les entreprises suisses de logiciels. Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 l'occasion du Panneaux CNO<\/a> publi\u00e9 le 26 octobre 2020 \u00e0 Berne.<\/p>\n

Les principaux r\u00e9sultats du SSIS 2020<\/h2>\n

La SSIS 2020 constate dans l'ensemble une croissance mod\u00e9r\u00e9e avec des perspectives d'am\u00e9lioration : la rentabilit\u00e9 (marge EBIT) a baiss\u00e9 en 2019 de 2,2 points de pourcentage par rapport au niveau de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, pour atteindre 6%. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les entreprises suisses de logiciels ont pu augmenter le chiffre d'affaires par employ\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 245 000 CHF. En vue de l'ann\u00e9e 2020, le secteur du logiciel s'attend \u00e0 une faible croissance du chiffre d'affaires de 2,7% (2019 : 9,5%) ainsi qu'\u00e0 une croissance des collaborateurs de seulement 6% (2019 : 11,9%). Pour l'ann\u00e9e 2021, un redressement de la situation est en vue avec une croissance pr\u00e9vue du chiffre d'affaires de 10.2% et une croissance des effectifs de 11.6%.<\/p>\n

Le secteur suisse du logiciel r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger<\/h2>\n

L'ann\u00e9e 2020 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e de succ\u00e8s pour les affaires \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger : en 2020, le secteur suisse du logiciel a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 environ 21% de son chiffre d'affaires \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. Apr\u00e8s un recul interm\u00e9diaire en 2018 \u00e0 environ 14%, cela signifie un retour au taux d'exportation de 2017. Le march\u00e9 d'exportation de loin le plus important reste l'Allemagne avec une part du chiffre d'affaires total \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger d'environ 55%, suivie par les autres pays europ\u00e9ens. La part des exportations vers les pays non-europ\u00e9ens reste relativement faible, avec 14,6%.<\/p>\n

Investissements dans l'infrastructure de bureau \u00e0 domicile suite \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie COVID-19<\/h2>\n

Les entreprises suisses de logiciels n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9pargn\u00e9es par COVID-19 et les restrictions qui en d\u00e9coulent. Dans l'ensemble, le secteur suisse des logiciels \u00e9tait toutefois bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 au lockdown. Seules 10.2% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00fb faire des investissements importants dans l'infrastructure de base de l'entreprise pour le travail \u00e0 domicile (par ex. logiciels de communication et de collaboration ou VPN). Cependant, pour 86.7% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es, des investissements importants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9quiper les postes de travail \u00e0 domicile des collaborateurs (p. ex. en ordinateurs portables, moniteurs ou \u00e9couteurs).<\/p>\n

Des mod\u00e8les de travail plus flexibles suite \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19<\/h2>\n

Une majorit\u00e9 des entreprises suisses de logiciels interrog\u00e9es s'attend \u00e0 ce que les exp\u00e9riences faites avec COVID-19 et les restrictions qui y sont li\u00e9es conduisent \u00e0 l'introduction de mod\u00e8les de travail plus flexibles. En outre, un tiers des entreprises interrog\u00e9es veulent donner encore plus de moyens \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs. Seules 4% des entreprises veulent r\u00e9duire leur d\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis des freelances et des prestataires de services de sourcing.<\/p>\n

Sources de revenus pendant la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19<\/h2>\n

Les fournisseurs et les revendeurs de solutions standard et en nuage ainsi que les prestataires de services d'adaptation pour des solutions tierces ont connu un l\u00e9ger essor gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie. La majeure partie du secteur a toutefois souffert du report des commandes existantes et de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux clients et de nouvelles commandes.<\/p>\n

Le secteur suisse du logiciel veut r\u00e9utiliser davantage de logiciels<\/h2>\n

L'augmentation de la productivit\u00e9 par la r\u00e9utilisation de logiciels est d'une importance strat\u00e9gique : La r\u00e9utilisation de logiciels et de connaissances logicielles pour la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux logiciels est d'une grande importance pour les entreprises suisses de logiciels : 73.2% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es enregistrent syst\u00e9matiquement les connaissances des projets pass\u00e9s pour les r\u00e9utiliser, 67.6% consid\u00e8rent la r\u00e9utilisation comme critique pour le succ\u00e8s et pour 50.3%, elle fait m\u00eame partie des objectifs strat\u00e9giques d\u00e9clar\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
