Les entreprises s'\u00e9loignent de plus en plus des structures hi\u00e9rarchiques et misent de plus en plus sur l'auto-organisation et les formes de travail agiles. Dans ce contexte, les collaborateurs et les \u00e9quipes sont appel\u00e9s \u00e0 se diriger eux-m\u00eames. Le fait que de nombreuses personnes travaillent actuellement en home-office en raison de la pand\u00e9mie de Corona renforce encore cette tendance. Comment les personnes se sentent-elles dans des contextes de travail auto-organis\u00e9s ? Comment se dirigent-ils eux-m\u00eames ? Quelles opportunit\u00e9s reconnaissent-ils et utilisent-ils ? Quels sont les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 surmonter ? Quelles comp\u00e9tences sont utiles pour bien se diriger ?<\/p>\n<h2>L'autogestion est exigeante<\/h2>\n<p>Au niveau individuel, il s'av\u00e8re que les collaborateurs appr\u00e9cient la marge de man\u0153uvre \u00e9largie et l'influence accrue qu'ils peuvent exercer en prenant leurs propres d\u00e9cisions. Cela renforce l'efficacit\u00e9 personnelle et le sentiment de sens. Cela se refl\u00e8te dans l'augmentation de la motivation et de l'engagement. L'autogestion exige toutefois une volont\u00e9 continue de d\u00e9veloppement et de changement, une capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9flexion, une initiative personnelle et un sens \u00e9lev\u00e9 des responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>Ouverture d'esprit et volont\u00e9 de changement sont n\u00e9cessaires<\/h2>\n<p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, des comp\u00e9tences intrapersonnelles et interpersonnelles \u00e9lev\u00e9es ainsi que des comp\u00e9tences techniques sont jug\u00e9es importantes. Sur le plan professionnel, les collaborateurs doivent \u00eatre en mesure de structurer et de traiter des contenus complexes. L'ouverture \u00e0 la nouveaut\u00e9 et une volont\u00e9 d'apprendre \u00e9lev\u00e9e et continue sont requises. L'autogestion exige de la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance, de la discipline, de l'assurance et de la force mentale pour g\u00e9rer les situations de pression. Comme de nombreux accords sont n\u00e9cessaires pour s'organiser ensemble mais de mani\u00e8re autonome, une comp\u00e9tence sociale \u00e9lev\u00e9e ainsi qu'une capacit\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les conflits sont essentielles.<\/p>\n<h2>Une collaboration d'\u00e9gal \u00e0 \u00e9gal<\/h2>\n<p>Au niveau de l'\u00e9quipe, les coll\u00e8gues auto-organis\u00e9s constatent une augmentation des \u00e9changes entre eux et une grande motivation. La volont\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de se responsabiliser et la d\u00e9finition d'objectifs et de responsabilit\u00e9s clairs favorisent une collaboration fructueuse au sein de l'\u00e9quipe. Des cultures d'entreprise trop sanctionnantes et un micromanagement rendent l'autogestion difficile. L'autogestion exige davantage de communication. En outre, l'organisation doit \u00eatre consciente du fait qu'une autogestion accrue comporte \u00e9galement le risque de surmenage et de surcharge des collaborateurs.
