(Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un projet pilote r\u00e9ussi, AXA lance, en collaboration avec la start-up allemande DearEmployee, la \"boussole du climat de travail\" pour les PME, dans un premier temps en Suisse al\u00e9manique. L'offre est \u00e0 la disposition des PME clientes de l'assureur. AXA aide ainsi les petites et moyennes entreprises \u00e0 mettre en \u00e9vidence les risques psychosociaux sur le lieu de travail et \u00e0 utiliser leurs ressources de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e pour la sant\u00e9 de leurs collaborateurs. Les chiffres actuels montrent que cela r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin. Ainsi, selon l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la statistique, 21 pour cent des personnes actives souffrent tr\u00e8s souvent de stress au travail. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes stress\u00e9es se sentent \u00e9puis\u00e9es \u00e9motionnellement au travail et pr\u00e9sentent par cons\u00e9quent un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de burn-out (OFS, 2019). Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des entreprises, le stress au travail entra\u00eene des pertes de productivit\u00e9 estim\u00e9es \u00e0 plus de sept milliards de francs par an (Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse, 2020).<\/p>\n<h2>Outil rapide d'\u00e9valuation de la charge mentale au travail<\/h2>\n<p>La \"boussole du climat de travail\" est bas\u00e9e sur une m\u00e9thodologie d'enqu\u00eate scientifiquement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et valid\u00e9e par DearEmployee, qui permet aux entreprises d'avoir un aper\u00e7u continu des conditions de travail qui affectent leurs employ\u00e9s sur le plan psychique. Cette m\u00e9thode innovante couvre non seulement la sant\u00e9 psychique, mais aussi des th\u00e8mes actuels importants comme le travail \u00e0 domicile (accessibilit\u00e9, travail flexible), l'isolement social ou la comp\u00e9tence num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>L'outil fonctionne rapidement et simplement, les collaborateurs r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 un questionnaire en ligne dont les r\u00e9sultats et les recommandations d'action qui en d\u00e9coulent sont disponibles pour l'entreprise quelques minutes seulement apr\u00e8s. Les sympt\u00f4mes d'une maladie psychique sont reconnus tardivement et souvent mal interpr\u00e9t\u00e9s. En cons\u00e9quence, les collaborateurs qui souffrent ne se voient proposer aucune mesure ou une mesure inefficace.
