(Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jamais autant de nouvelles entreprises n'ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es en Suisse qu'en 2020. Mais le paysage entrepreneurial suisse est \u00e9galement en mouvement \u00e0 d'autres \u00e9gards : De plus en plus de femmes choisissent la voie de l'ind\u00e9pendance. C'est ce qu'a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e du Nord-Ouest de la Suisse. Les donn\u00e9es proviennent d'une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des nouvelles entreprises cr\u00e9\u00e9es entre 2014 et 2019.<\/p>\n<h2>La proportion de femmes a doubl\u00e9 en 20 ans<\/h2>\n<p>La personne qui cr\u00e9e une entreprise en Suisse est en moyenne un homme, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 40,4 ans, sans enfant, titulaire d'un dipl\u00f4me universitaire et disposant d'environ 22 ans d'exp\u00e9rience professionnelle et d'un peu d'exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de gestion. Depuis la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude men\u00e9e il y a 20 ans, la part des femmes parmi les cr\u00e9ateurs d'entreprise a presque exactement doubl\u00e9 et s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 31,6%. La part des fondateurs ayant un parcours acad\u00e9mique a \u00e9galement augment\u00e9 massivement. Aujourd'hui, un fondateur sur deux est titulaire d'un bachelor, d'un master ou d'un doctorat. Il y a 20 ans, cette proportion \u00e9tait encore d'un sur trois.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les raisons qui poussent les jeunes \u00e0 se mettre \u00e0 leur compte, des facteurs tels que la r\u00e9alisation de soi, l'ind\u00e9pendance et la mise en \u0153uvre de ses propres id\u00e9es arrivent clairement en t\u00eate. L'exercice d'une activit\u00e9 qui a du sens est \u00e9galement jug\u00e9 tr\u00e8s important. La poursuite de la tradition familiale, la perspective d'un revenu plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, le pouvoir ou le prestige sont beaucoup moins importants. Les motivations pour se mettre \u00e0 son compte n'ont que tr\u00e8s peu \u00e9volu\u00e9 au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2>Le paysage entrepreneurial \u00e9volue - cr\u00e9er est devenu plus avantageux<\/h2>\n<p>Les nouvelles entreprises sont petites et connaissent une croissance moins forte qu'il y a 10 ou 20 ans. La start-up moyenne n'a aucun employ\u00e9 \u00e0 sa cr\u00e9ation et n'en a qu'un ou deux apr\u00e8s 3,5 ans. Les trois quarts des nouveaux ind\u00e9pendants ont d\u00fb investir moins de 50 000 francs au d\u00e9part (il y a 20 ans, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 devait d\u00e9j\u00e0 investir plus de 50 000 francs au d\u00e9marrage). Au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il est devenu - financi\u00e8rement parlant - de plus en plus facile et avantageux de cr\u00e9er une entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence les plus importantes lors de la cr\u00e9ation et de la gestion de l'entreprise sont la famille, les proches et les connaissances ainsi que l'ancien environnement commercial. Rares sont les cr\u00e9ateurs d'entreprise qui font appel \u00e0 des organismes publics tels que les agences de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, que ce soit pour la pr\u00e9paration de la cr\u00e9ation ou en cas de difficult\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>Une plus grande satisfaction dans l'entrepreneuriat<\/h2>\n<p>Dans l'ensemble, les cr\u00e9ateurs d'entreprise sont extr\u00eamement satisfaits de leur statut d'ind\u00e9pendant. Les nouveaux ind\u00e9pendants se consid\u00e8rent comme tr\u00e8s performants, ont des perspectives d'avenir positives et sont en bonne position financi\u00e8re. De m\u00eame, ils estiment que leurs perspectives de d\u00e9veloppement sont tr\u00e8s bonnes, surtout en ce qui concerne le chiffre d'affaires et le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice. \"L'\u00e9tude montre que les nouveaux ind\u00e9pendants r\u00e9ussissent et sont plus satisfaits que lorsqu'ils sont salari\u00e9s, bien qu'ils travaillent en moyenne plus et gagnent moins\", explique le professeur Rolf Meyer, co-auteur de l'\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la base des donn\u00e9es obtenues, d'autres rapports de recherche seront publi\u00e9s dans le courant de l'ann\u00e9e, par exemple sur l'entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin ou les facteurs de r\u00e9ussite des nouveaux travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source et informations compl\u00e9mentaires : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fhnw.ch\">Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e du Nord-Ouest de la Suisse<\/a><\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Noch nie wurden in der Schweiz so viele neue Firmen gegr\u00fcndet wie 2020.
