La transition a \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9e artistiquement par un spectacle de lumi\u00e8re d'Oleg Basanov et la nouvelle marque a \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillie solennellement par un compte \u00e0 rebours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sous le signe du choc du franc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le choc a \u00e9t\u00e9 profond lorsque la Banque nationale a supprim\u00e9 le cours minimum du franc par rapport \u00e0 l'euro d\u00e9but 2015, ont expliqu\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident central de l'USM, Hans Kunz, et le pr\u00e9sident de l'association professionnelle construction m\u00e9tallique, Artho Marquart, jeudi 16 juin, lors d'un \u00e9tat des lieux devant les m\u00e9dias \u00e0 Zurich. La comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises suisses de construction m\u00e9tallique a ensuite g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement baiss\u00e9 et la pression des entreprises \u00e9trang\u00e8res sur le march\u00e9 a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment augment\u00e9. Ainsi, selon Kunz, en 2015, 1216 entreprises \u00e9trang\u00e8res ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 des commandes dans le secteur de la construction m\u00e9tallique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Formation, optimisation des processus et partenariat social<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour le pr\u00e9sident central de l'USM, il est clair que les entreprises qui investissent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans l'innovation et la formation continue et qui ma\u00eetrisent les co\u00fbts sont en mesure de relever les d\u00e9fis dynamiques de la concurrence. Pour rester performant, il faut faire preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 entrepreneuriale, se diff\u00e9rencier par une longueur d'avance, occuper des niches, \u00eatre fiable et optimiser en permanence les processus internes, aussi bien dans la construction m\u00e9tallique que dans la technique d'aiguille. Les 1860 entreprises membres actives sont aujourd'hui tr\u00e8s en forme, bien conseill\u00e9es par l'association et elles r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent tr\u00e8s bien o\u00f9 elles investissent de l'argent avec succ\u00e8s, a ajout\u00e9 le directeur de l'USM Christoph Andenmatten. Pour lui, l'un des plus grands d\u00e9fis actuels est toutefois de trouver une rel\u00e8ve ad\u00e9quate dans les deux branches. L'association d\u00e9ploie les efforts les plus divers pour trouver des jeunes aptes \u00e0 exercer les m\u00e9tiers, a expliqu\u00e9 Andematten. La formation en construction m\u00e9tallique et en technique agricole aura lieu \u00e0 l'avenir dans le nouveau centre de formation commun \u00e0 Aarberg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La nouvelle marque ombrelle AM Suisse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En tant qu'association innovante et moderne, il est important pour le pr\u00e9sident central Hans Kunz d'\u00eatre clairement per\u00e7u par le biais d'une marque facile \u00e0 retenir. C'est dans cet esprit que l'USM s'engage d\u00e9sormais intens\u00e9ment pour ses membres sous le nom d'\"AM Suisse\" et fournit, avec des collaborateurs motiv\u00e9s, un travail de r\u00e9seau professionnel pour toutes les t\u00e2ches communes de l'association.
