(Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Il n'y a jamais eu autant de femmes cadres en Suisse qu'aujourd'hui : selon le 16e schillingreport, la part des femmes dans les directions d'entreprises augmente pour la premi\u00e8re fois de 3 points de pourcentage (+ 30 %), passant de 10 % \u00e0 un nouveau record de 13 %. Le nombre de femmes PDG passe en m\u00eame temps de 3 \u00e0 5 - et passera \u00e0 8 cette ann\u00e9e. Le secteur public emploie d\u00e9j\u00e0 21 % de femmes parmi les cadres sup\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<h2>La diversit\u00e9 des genres est entr\u00e9e dans les m\u0153urs<\/h2>\n<p>La progression des femmes cadres est soulign\u00e9e par le fait que les plus grands employeurs ont r\u00e9cemment pourvu un poste de direction vacant sur quatre (26 %) par une femme (21 % l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente), constate le rapport. Ainsi, le secteur public a nomm\u00e9 une femme pour 29 % des postes vacants de cadres sup\u00e9rieurs. Dans les conseils d'administration des 100 plus grands employeurs, la proportion de femmes est pass\u00e9e de 23% \u00e0 24%, selon l'\u00e9tude. \"Apr\u00e8s une longue phase de sensibilisation \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 des genres, la plupart des entreprises sont arriv\u00e9es \u00e0 la phase de prise de conscience\", constate le schillingreport 2021. Elles ont compris l'importance d'avoir leur propre<br \/>\nLe succ\u00e8s de l'entreprise d\u00e9pend de la pr\u00e9sence de talents f\u00e9minins dans le pipeline. Ainsi, le nombre d'entreprises qui n'ont pas de femme dans leur direction a encore nettement diminu\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment pour atteindre 42 % (47 % l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente). Il faudra encore attendre de nombreuses ann\u00e9es avant que la phase d'acceptation ne soit atteinte - lorsque les nominations de femmes \u00e0 la direction seront aussi courantes que celles des hommes. \"Ce n'est pas pour rien que je parle toujours d'un projet de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\", d\u00e9clare l'\u00e9diteur Guido Schilling.<\/p>\n<h2>L'expertise augmente<\/h2>\n<p>L'\u00e9dition de cette ann\u00e9e du schillingreport \u00e9value pour la premi\u00e8re fois la composition des conseils d'administration en fonction des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles. Il en ressort que<br \/>\non constate que les membres ayant une formation op\u00e9rationnelle de direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale sont nettement plus nombreux (61 %), tandis que 39 % des membres assurent la gouvernance de l'entreprise gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur expertise. 54 % des femmes membres du conseil d'administration ont une expertise en mati\u00e8re de gouvernance, tandis que leurs coll\u00e8gues masculins ont pour les deux tiers (66 %) un pass\u00e9 de direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n<h2>Plus de femmes cadres dans les fonctions cl\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>Les femmes occupent de plus en plus de fonctions cl\u00e9s : 52 % (contre 39 % l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente) des nouveaux membres f\u00e9minins de la direction ont assum\u00e9 un r\u00f4le li\u00e9 au chiffre d'affaires ou au r\u00e9sultat. Seuls 48 % (61 % l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente) ont assum\u00e9 un r\u00f4le de service, comme les ressources humaines ou le juridique. Parmi les femmes membres de la direction, pr\u00e8s des deux tiers (65 %) sont responsables de fonctions de service. \"Le<br \/>\nL'engagement des entreprises \u00e0 recruter des femmes pour des fonctions de direction li\u00e9es au chiffre d'affaires et au march\u00e9 est \u00e9galement fortement perceptible dans mon travail quotidien\", explique Schilling. \"C'est pourquoi je conseille toujours aux jeunes femmes et aux jeunes hommes d'\u00e9voluer dans le c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier de l'entreprise et d'acqu\u00e9rir de l'exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger s'ils souhaitent faire carri\u00e8re dans le top management\".
