La maison m\u00e8re britannique Sage a fait savoir le 20 novembre 2020 qu'elle avait l'intention de vendre Sage Suisse SA. L'acheteur a d\u00e9sormais \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 : La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Infoniqa GmbH, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Wels en Autriche, va reprendre l'entreprise.<\/p>\n

Infoniqa voit des \"potentiels de synergie int\u00e9ressants\".<\/h2>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'acquisition de Sage Schweiz AG, le chiffre d'affaires du groupe Infoniqa va presque doubler pour atteindre un total de 60 millions d'euros par an et le nombre d'employ\u00e9s va passer \u00e0 410 au total. L'acquisition renforce notamment le positionnement dans le segment strat\u00e9giquement important des petites et moyennes entreprises. Le portefeuille de produits sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par des solutions ERP, des logiciels de gestion financi\u00e8re ainsi que des solutions Payroll et HCM sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es dans les exigences suisses. En raison de la grande compatibilit\u00e9 des produits, il en r\u00e9sulte des potentiels de synergie int\u00e9ressants.<\/p>\n
