Sa mise en \u0153uvre rev\u00eat une importance plus grande pour la Suisse que pour de nombreux autres pays, car les effets du r\u00e9chauffement climatique sont massifs dans notre pays.<\/p>\n<p>Cet accord des Nations unies a pour objectif de limiter l'augmentation moyenne de la temp\u00e9rature mondiale \u00e0 moins de 2 degr\u00e9s Celsius par rapport \u00e0 l'\u00e8re pr\u00e9industrielle. Dans la mesure du possible, on vise m\u00eame une augmentation maximale de 1,5 degr\u00e9 Celsius. Cet objectif ne peut toutefois \u00eatre atteint qu'avec une r\u00e9duction drastique des \u00e9missions de CO2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beaucoup moins de neige, 10 fois plus de nuits tropicales, 3 fois plus de jours de canicule<\/strong><br \/>\nLe rapport \"<a href=\"\/\/www.naturwissenschaften.ch\/organisations\/proclim\/activities\/brennpunkt\">Le climat en Suisse. Bases Cons\u00e9quences et perspectives<\/a>\"de ProClim de l'Acad\u00e9mie des sciences naturelles montre que la Suisse est plus fortement touch\u00e9e par le changement climatique que la moyenne. Par rapport \u00e0 la moyenne mondiale, la temp\u00e9rature moyenne annuelle y a augment\u00e9 de 1,8 degr\u00e9 Celsius au cours des 150 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, soit environ deux fois plus. Si l'\"objectif des 2 degr\u00e9s\" de l'accord de Paris est atteint, cela signifie pour la Suisse un r\u00e9chauffement total de 3 \u00e0 3,5 degr\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque pr\u00e9industrielle d'ici la fin du si\u00e8cle. Si l'on ne fait pas assez d'efforts et que la temp\u00e9rature globale augmente par exemple de 3 degr\u00e9s, les temp\u00e9ratures moyennes annuelles dans notre pays augmenteraient de 4 \u00e0 5 degr\u00e9s d'ici la fin du si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9chauffement a des cons\u00e9quences marquantes, par exemple sur la sant\u00e9 : si l'objectif des 2 degr\u00e9s (\"monde \u00e0 2 degr\u00e9s\") est atteint, les climatologues s'attendent \u00e0 ce que le Plateau suisse connaisse en moyenne environ 5 nuits tropicales (contre 1 \u00e0 2 aujourd'hui) et 15 \u00e0 20 jours de canicule (contre 10 \u00e0 15 aujourd'hui) par an d'ici 2085. En cas de r\u00e9chauffement global de 3 degr\u00e9s (\"monde \u00e0 3 degr\u00e9s\"), il y aura en revanche 15 \u00e0 20 nuits tropicales et environ 30 \u00e0 40 jours de canicule, avec des temp\u00e9ratures maximales plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Un r\u00e9chauffement plus important a \u00e9galement des cons\u00e9quences sensibles pour le tourisme de neige : Dans un monde \u00e0 3 degr\u00e9s, la limite des chutes de neige monterait d'ici 2085 d'environ 500 m\u00e8tres d'altitude par rapport \u00e0 aujourd'hui, au lieu de 250 m\u00e8tres dans un monde \u00e0 2 degr\u00e9s, et la hauteur moyenne de la neige diminuerait d'environ 60% au lieu de 30%. La saison d'enneigement serait \u00e9galement nettement plus courte.<\/p>\n<p>Ce ne sont l\u00e0 que quelques exemples parmi les nombreuses cons\u00e9quences du changement climatique en Suisse, telles qu'elles sont d\u00e9crites en d\u00e9tail dans le rapport \"Point de mire : le climat en Suisse\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Actions internationales demand\u00e9es<\/strong><br \/>\nC'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment parce que la Suisse est particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9e par le changement climatique en comparaison internationale qu'il est important pour elle d'agir de mani\u00e8re coordonn\u00e9e au niveau mondial. C'est la seule fa\u00e7on d'endiguer le changement climatique. En collaborant avec la communaut\u00e9 internationale, la Suisse peut, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa bonne r\u00e9putation, contribuer \u00e0 la lutte contre le changement climatique.<br \/>\net leur capacit\u00e9 d'innovation, montrent l'exemple et d\u00e9montrent qu'il est possible de concilier prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 et protection du climat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La commission du Conseil national donne son \"go<\/strong><br \/>\nL'accord international de Paris oblige tous les \u00c9tats \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter des objectifs nationaux volontaires de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre et \u00e0 prendre des mesures au niveau national pour atteindre ces objectifs. Les objectifs pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent par les \u00c9tats sont toutefois loin d'\u00eatre suffisants pour atteindre l'objectif des deux degr\u00e9s.<br \/>\nL'objectif des 2 degr\u00e9s signifie que les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9duites \u00e0 z\u00e9ro au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me moiti\u00e9 du 21e si\u00e8cle. Pour la Suisse, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a maintenant formul\u00e9 l'objectif d'une r\u00e9duction de 50 pour cent d'ici 2030, par rapport \u00e0 1990. La Commission de l'environnement, de l'am\u00e9nagement du territoire et de l'\u00e9nergie du Conseil national a d\u00e9j\u00e0 discut\u00e9 de la convention le 31 janvier 2017 et l'a approuv\u00e9e sous cette forme pour ratification. Cependant, deux minorit\u00e9s souhaitent certes ratifier la convention, mais avec un objectif de r\u00e9duction de 40, respectivement 60 pour cent. Une autre minorit\u00e9 propose de ne pas entrer en mati\u00e8re sur le projet.
