Lors de l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ordinaire du 12 mai 2021, Riccarda Mecklenburg a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue pr\u00e9sidente. Elle est membre du comit\u00e9 depuis 2017 et s'occupait jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent du domaine de la communication et des relations publiques. Les femmes entrepreneurs ont \u00e9galement confirm\u00e9 Sandra Fl\u00fcckiger au poste de directrice financi\u00e8re et ont \u00e9lu Annemarie Sulzer au comit\u00e9 directeur, sponsoring et coop\u00e9ration. Judith Niederberger et Sandra Gill ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lues au comit\u00e9 directeur. Elles se partagent le vaste dossier du marketing et de la communication.<\/p>\n<h2>L'association Entreprises au f\u00e9minin sur la voie de la croissance<\/h2>\n<p>\"Notre association Entreprises au f\u00e9minin est en pleine croissance, car de plus en plus de femmes reconnaissent les avantages de se mettre \u00e0 leur compte et de suivre leur propre voie. M\u00eame si la pand\u00e9mie a parfois durement touch\u00e9 nos entrepreneuses, rares sont celles qui abandonnent. Cela montre \u00e0 quel point il est gratifiant d'avoir sa propre entreprise\", explique Riccarda Mecklenburg. \"Nous voulons renforcer cet esprit et soutenir nos membres dans toutes les phases de leurs activit\u00e9s entrepreneuriales par l'\u00e9change de connaissances, la formation continue et un r\u00e9seau solide\".<\/p>\n<h2>Les nouveaux et anciens membres du comit\u00e9 directeur<\/h2>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 nouvellement \u00e9lu a remerci\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sidente sortante Chantal Schmelz ainsi qu'Irene Widmer et Sandra Grimmer pour leur engagement au sein du comit\u00e9 et leur a souhait\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes beaucoup de succ\u00e8s en tant que femmes entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Riccarda Mecklenburg<\/strong> est propri\u00e9taire de l'agence de crowdfunding CrowdConsul et fondatrice de What the Hack, qui organise des hackathons dirig\u00e9s par des femmes. Elle est membre du conseil de fondation du Z\u00fcrcher Journalistenpreis, est membre de BoardFinder, \u00e9crit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des chroniques pour la Handelszeitung et est depuis quelques semaines co-animatrice enthousiaste sur Clubhouse du \"1-Satz-Literaturclub\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annemarie Sulzer<\/strong> est propri\u00e9taire de PharmaSelect AG et travaille depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es avec succ\u00e8s en tant qu'entrepreneuse. Elle s'est fait un nom dans le secteur pharmaceutique et de la sant\u00e9 en Suisse et recrute des professionnels de la vente, du marketing et du secteur m\u00e9dical pour des entreprises nationales et internationales. Parall\u00e8lement, elle travaille b\u00e9n\u00e9volement comme mentor pour les demandeurs d'emploi qualifi\u00e9s de 50 ans et plus pour l'ORP de Zoug.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sandra Fl<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong>ckiger<\/strong> est propri\u00e9taire de FF Finanzberatung Fl\u00fcckiger. Elle \u00e9labore des plans financiers et de pr\u00e9voyance et conseille les clients en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9voyance et de placement. Ce qui est particulier, c'est qu'elle vit ce qui est demand\u00e9 depuis longtemps : Un conseil doit \u00eatre honor\u00e9 et ne pas \u00eatre pay\u00e9 par des kickbacks cach\u00e9s, ainsi le client obtient toujours la meilleure solution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Judith Niederberger<\/strong> apporte une longue exp\u00e9rience de direction et de gestion de projets dans divers secteurs : banque\/assurance, informatique, industrie textile, gestion culturelle. Elle est aujourd'hui propri\u00e9taire de l'agence de communication Lakritza \u00e0 Aarau ainsi qu'initiatrice et animatrice du \"1-Satz-Literaturclub\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sandra Gill <\/strong>est entre autres ind\u00e9pendante en tant que photographe de personal branding, o\u00f9 elle fixe des histoires visuelles pour des ind\u00e9pendants et des PME. Dans le domaine cr\u00e9atif, elle aime la belle \u00e9criture et propose diff\u00e9rents ateliers dans le domaine du handlettering. Elle met \u00e0 profit sa longue exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de direction, de gestion de projets et de marketing au sein du VFU.<\/p>\n<h2>Promouvoir l'entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin<\/h2>\n<p>L'association Entreprises au f\u00e9minin s'engage depuis 1998 pour le succ\u00e8s des femmes entrepreneurs et renforce leur importance toujours croissante pour l'\u00e9conomie suisse. Elle soutient activement ses membres par des conseils et des actions et fait partie des principales associations d'entreprises f\u00e9minines de Suisse.
