(Image : zVg \/ IFIDZ)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>De nombreuses entreprises sont actuellement confront\u00e9es au souhait d'une partie de leurs collaborateurs de continuer \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 domicile apr\u00e8s le \"lockdown\" li\u00e9 \u00e0 la loi Corona et tentent de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette demande. C'est pourquoi leurs cadres sont de plus en plus souvent confront\u00e9s au d\u00e9fi de diriger des \u00e9quipes dites hybrides, c'est-\u00e0-dire des \u00e9quipes dans lesquelles une partie des collaborateurs continue \u00e0 travailler dans l'entreprise, tandis qu'une autre partie travaille \u00e0 domicile ou dans un autre lieu choisi par eux. C'est pourquoi l'Institut f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte im digitalen Zeitalter (IFIDZ) de Francfort a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de consacrer son dernier barom\u00e8tre des tendances en mati\u00e8re de leadership \u00e0 la question suivante : \"Quels sont, selon vous, les plus grands d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever dans la gestion d'\u00e9quipes hybrides ?\" 159 cadres ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l'enqu\u00eate en ligne. Il y a six mois, l'IFIDZ avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 lanc\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate sur les \u00e9quipes hybrides. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/leadership-trendbarometer-fuehrung-erlebt-in-der-corona-krise-eine-renaissance\/\">\u00e9tude similaire<\/a> qui a mis en \u00e9vidence des changements dans la culture de gestion suite \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de Corona.<\/p>\n<h2>Seuls 16% des cadres craignent une perte de contr\u00f4le<\/h2>\n<p>Ce qui est frappant dans les r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate, c'est que la plupart des cadres ne craignent manifestement pas que la performance de l'\u00e9quipe soit affect\u00e9e par le travail en \u00e9quipes hybrides. Ainsi, seuls 15% d'entre eux estiment que la motivation des collaborateurs risque d'en p\u00e2tir et 13% seulement que l'orientation vers les objectifs dans le travail en souffre. Et seuls 9 % craignent ou ont fait l'exp\u00e9rience d'un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la qualit\u00e9 du travail. Selon les d\u00e9clarations de Barbara Liebermeister, directrice de l'IFIDZ, la plupart des cadres semblent donc se d\u00e9tendre \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e de prendre la d\u00e9cision finale de savoir dans quelle mesure leurs collaborateurs travailleront \u00e0 l'avenir dans l'entreprise ou \u00e0 domicile - du moins lorsqu'il s'agit de la performance de leur secteur. (Image : zVg \/ IFIDZ)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Le barom\u00e8tre des tendances du leadership met en lumi\u00e8re les d\u00e9fis du travail hybride<\/h2>\n<p>En m\u00eame temps, il est frappant de constater que - probablement aussi en raison des exp\u00e9riences de l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re - la plupart des cadres ne voient pas le travail dans des \u00e9quipes hybrides \u00e0 travers des \"lunettes roses et rouges\". Ils voient plut\u00f4t, selon Liebermeister, les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la m\u00e9daille. Ainsi, seuls 9 pour cent sont d'accord avec l'affirmation \"Je ne vois aucun danger, seulement des opportunit\u00e9s\" dans le travail en \u00e9quipes hybrides. Pour pr\u00e8s de deux tiers des cadres interrog\u00e9s, cette forme de collaboration comporte par exemple le risque que certains collaborateurs se sentent isol\u00e9s. En outre, 54 pour cent voient le risque que l'identification avec l'\u00e9quipe diminue. Un tiers des personnes interrog\u00e9es peut \u00e9galement s'imaginer qu'un certain front se forme au sein de leur \u00e9quipe entre les collaborateurs travaillant au bureau et ceux travaillant \u00e0 domicile. De l'avis des cadres, il faut lutter contre ces risques. La communication et l'information r\u00e9ciproque jouent manifestement un r\u00f4le central, car environ la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es sont convaincues que le travail en \u00e9quipes hybrides pr\u00e9sente le risque d'une \"communication insuffisante\" (53%) et d'un \"flux d'informations insuffisant\" (47%).
