Rien que le 31 mai 2021, une augmentation de 38 % a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 la semaine pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. C'est ce que montre une \u00e9valuation de l'entreprise fintech SumUp, qui propose des terminaux de paiement par carte et une large gamme de services num\u00e9riques compl\u00e9mentaires - contrairement \u00e0 d'autres prestataires de services, sans frais fixes et sans engagement contractuel. Les solutions de SumUp sont donc particuli\u00e8rement attrayantes pour les petites et tr\u00e8s petites entreprises, par exemple dans le secteur de l'h\u00f4tellerie et de la restauration.<\/p>\n<h2>Doublement des transactions dans l'h\u00f4tellerie et la restauration<\/h2>\n<p>Au cours des 3 premi\u00e8res semaines suivant la r\u00e9ouverture des terrasses le 19 avril 2021, le nombre de transactions a presque doubl\u00e9 : il a augment\u00e9 de 93 %. Cette tendance positive s'est poursuivie apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ouverture des espaces int\u00e9rieurs. Le nombre moyen de transactions par commer\u00e7ant SumUp est \u00e9galement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu'en 2019, l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la pand\u00e9mie. C'est le signe que le secteur de l'h\u00f4tellerie et de la restauration peut envisager l'avenir et la saison estivale \u00e0 venir de mani\u00e8re positive. En effet, non seulement les chiffres d'affaires ont augment\u00e9 au cours de la premi\u00e8re semaine suivant la r\u00e9ouverture des espaces int\u00e9rieurs, mais la tendance positive s'est poursuivie au cours des semaines suivantes : le samedi 5 juin 2021, les chiffres d'affaires ont augment\u00e9 de 15 % par rapport au samedi pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent (29 mai, avant la r\u00e9ouverture des espaces int\u00e9rieurs). L'augmentation du chiffre d'affaires peut s'expliquer d'une part par les places assises suppl\u00e9mentaires ainsi que par la consommation suppl\u00e9mentaire due aux s\u00e9jours prolong\u00e9s dans les \u00e9tablissements de restauration.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les petites et micro-entreprises investissent dans des terminaux de paiement<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les \u00e9tablissements, souvent de petite taille, doivent s'adapter \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution des habitudes de paiement des clients. M\u00eame si l'argent liquide reste un moyen de paiement tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandu, l'utilisation du paiement sans contact ou par carte est en augmentation. Cela se traduit par des investissements correspondants : une semaine avant la r\u00e9ouverture des terrasses le 19 avril, on enregistrait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une augmentation de 58 % des terminaux de paiement vendus. Cette tendance positive s'est confirm\u00e9e avant la r\u00e9ouverture des espaces int\u00e9rieurs. Une semaine avant la r\u00e9ouverture, le secteur de la restauration s'est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de nouveaux terminaux de paiement et le nombre de terminaux de paiement vendus a de nouveau augment\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 60 %. Le secteur de l'h\u00f4tellerie et de la restauration a augment\u00e9 son infrastructure, car les assouplissements \u00e9taient li\u00e9s \u00e0 des perspectives d'avenir positives.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un \u00e9t\u00e9 positif se profile \u00e0 l'horizon<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La forte augmentation du chiffre d'affaires et la demande accrue de terminaux de paiement sont des indices clairs que le secteur de la restauration peut s'attendre \u00e0 une saison de vacances r\u00e9jouissante et qu'il mise tr\u00e8s fortement sur le paiement par carte. \"Nous sommes certains que l'\u00e9t\u00e9 sera bon pour les restaurateurs en Suisse.
