(Image : Ricoh)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Connexions r\u00e9seau bancales, ordinateurs lents, imprimantes en panne, logiciels manquants : les probl\u00e8mes techniques peuvent rendre les collaborateurs exasp\u00e9r\u00e9s. Les pannes sont certes fr\u00e9quentes, mais lorsque les insuffisances techniques deviennent permanentes, le moral des utilisateurs baisse \u00e9galement. Selon une \u00e9tude de Ricoh Europe, plus d'un tiers des travailleurs font \u00e9tat de probl\u00e8mes de motivation dans leur bureau \u00e0 domicile en raison de probl\u00e8mes de communication et techniques. C'est 16 % de plus qu'il y a un an, lorsqu'une enqu\u00eate similaire avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Les probl\u00e8mes techniques permanents font fuir les collaborateurs<\/h2>\n<p>L'enqu\u00eate de Ricoh Europe a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 573 employ\u00e9s de bureau europ\u00e9ens travaillant dans des entreprises de 251 \u00e0 1000 salari\u00e9s. Elle montre que la raison de la perte de motivation est \u00e0 chercher dans des investissements techniques incons\u00e9quents. Ceux-ci ont pour cons\u00e9quence que les travailleurs n'ont plus le temps de se consacrer \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s personnellement satisfaisantes ou \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e. Les entreprises risquent ainsi de perdre les meilleurs talents au profit de concurrents qui proposent des m\u00e9thodes de travail num\u00e9riques plus avantageuses et mieux adapt\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2>Des investissements techniques incons\u00e9quents<\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s des deux tiers (65 %) des personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment que leur entreprise a copi\u00e9 des clients ou des partenaires lors de la num\u00e9risation des processus au lieu d'analyser les besoins concrets. En ce qui concerne la pertinence des processus num\u00e9riques de leur employeur, plus d'un tiers (39 %) des personnes interrog\u00e9es se plaignent de ne pas avoir acc\u00e8s en temps r\u00e9el aux informations n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la bonne prise en charge de leurs clients. Parall\u00e8lement, seule une personne sur quatre (26 %) indique que son employeur a investi dans des outils de commerce \u00e9lectronique ou num\u00e9riques qui am\u00e9liorent l'exp\u00e9rience client.<\/p>\n<h2>Les nouvelles plates-formes technologiques entra\u00eenent un surcro\u00eet de travail<\/h2>\n<p>La technologie devrait aider les gens dans leur travail - devrait-on penser. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 semble \u00eatre diff\u00e9rente : Malgr\u00e9 toutes les nouvelles technologies, la charge de travail des employ\u00e9s n'a pas diminu\u00e9, constate l'\u00e9tude de Ricoh. Au contraire, 42 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es estiment que leur charge de travail a m\u00eame augment\u00e9 en raison des plates-formes technologiques introduites pendant la pand\u00e9mie. Parall\u00e8lement, 34 % se sentent sous pression pour rester en ligne plus longtemps - 13 % de plus que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9fiance et ins\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>La g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du travail \u00e0 distance et des nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de travail accro\u00eet \u00e9galement les craintes d'infractions \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : 45 % des travailleurs ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 craindre de partager par inadvertance des fichiers avec le mauvais destinataire via les nouveaux canaux num\u00e9riques. Dans une proportion similaire (47 %), les personnes interrog\u00e9es s'attendent \u00e9galement \u00e0 ce que leurs sup\u00e9rieurs utilisent des technologies qui les surveillent lorsqu'elles travaillent \u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n<h2>Un an de retard pour r\u00e9gler les probl\u00e8mes techniques ?<\/h2>\n<p>David Mills, CEO de Ricoh Europe, est surpris par les r\u00e9sultats : \"Il est surprenant qu'apr\u00e8s plus d'un an de travail \u00e0 distance, alors que l'on voyait enfin la lumi\u00e8re au bout du tunnel caus\u00e9 par la pand\u00e9mie, la motivation des employ\u00e9s continue \u00e0 baisser en raison de probl\u00e8mes de technologie et de communication. Pourtant, les entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 loin d'\u00eatre inactives. Mais leur plus grande erreur est d'investir dans les technologies comme une fin en soi - ou parce qu'un partenaire ou un concurrent en fait autant. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, la plus fondamentale, de tout investissement technologique consiste \u00e0 cerner les besoins r\u00e9els de votre entreprise. Il est important de prendre en compte les perspectives de votre personnel et de vos clients.
