La branche des TIC a un besoin urgent de rel\u00e8ve professionnelle. Trois entreprises zougoises proposent d\u00e9sormais le premier apprentissage de la blockchain en Suisse. (Image : zVg \/ Inacta)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Dans la \"Crypto Valley\" du canton de Zoug, les talents en mati\u00e8re de TIC sont tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9s : 960 entreprises y emploient d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus de 5000 personnes, ainsi que dans le reste de la Suisse et au Liechtenstein. Mais le domaine de la crypto-technologie, en forte croissance, exige encore plus de rel\u00e8ve professionnelle. D'ici 2028, l'ensemble du secteur informatique aura besoin de plus de 117000 nouveaux sp\u00e9cialistes. Pour ce faire, il faut \u00e9galement un nombre suffisant de places de formation.<\/p>\n

Comment se dessine l'enseignement de la blockchain<\/h2>\n

Les deux entreprises informatiques zougoises Inacta et CV VC agissent d\u00e9sormais pour couvrir leurs besoins en sp\u00e9cialistes. Elles souhaitent encourager les jeunes talents en leur proposant des places d'apprentissage attrayantes. En collaboration avec l'entreprise de formation TIE International, \u00e9galement bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Zoug, elles cr\u00e9ent donc le premier apprentissage de la blockchain en Suisse. Celui-ci se base sur l'apprentissage de l'informatique et de la m\u00e9diamatique, \u00e9largi \u00e0 la technologie blockchain. Cela signifie que la formation informatique est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par des th\u00e8mes tels que Fintech, Crypto et Smart Contracts. D\u00e8s la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, les apprentis travaillent dans leur entreprise formatrice et acqui\u00e8rent une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience dans l'environnement de la blockchain.<\/p>\n

Briser les structures \u00e9ducatives<\/h2>\n

Barbara Surber, co-fondatrice et COO de TIE International, explique les raisons qui ont conduit \u00e0 cet enseignement de la blockchain : \"Nous nous sommes mobilis\u00e9s pour que les structures de formation soient bris\u00e9es dans le domaine de la technologie blockchain et que nous puissions former de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s cibl\u00e9e des sp\u00e9cialistes ICT dans cet environnement\". Et Jennifer Arman, Head Corporate Center d'Inacta, ajoute : \"Nous consid\u00e9rons la blockchain comme l'une des technologies d'avenir. Nous consid\u00e9rons qu'il est de notre responsabilit\u00e9 d'encourager les jeunes talents int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par ce domaine. Avec l'enseignement de la blockchain nouvellement mis en place, nous voulons cr\u00e9er les bases d'une formation de base solide au c\u0153ur de la Crypto Valley\".<\/p>\n

Deux apprentis dans un premier temps<\/h2>\n

Tout au long des quatre ann\u00e9es de formation, Inacta restera en contact \u00e9troit avec son apprenti et avec TIE International. CV VC, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'investissement priv\u00e9e qui propose des financements d'amor\u00e7age aux start-up, forme \u00e9galement un apprenti en m\u00e9diamatique CFC ax\u00e9 sur la blockchain \u00e0 partir de ce mois d'ao\u00fbt.<\/p>\n
