Pourquoi les dirigeants s'\u00e9tonnent-ils que les gens ne les suivent pas ? La pr\u00e9sente impulsion au succ\u00e8s en donne les raisons. (Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Nous ne connaissons pas le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne des \"influenceurs\" seulement depuis les m\u00e9dias sociaux. De tout temps, les leaders influents ont eu un nombre consid\u00e9rable de \"followers\". Mais il s'agit ici de quelque chose de tr\u00e8s simple, qui est pertinent pour tous ceux qui veulent influencer les autres d'une mani\u00e8re ou d'une autre : il s'agit d'influencer les autres de telle sorte qu'ils vous suivent volontiers et de leur plein gr\u00e9. Si vous y parvenez, vous pourrez d\u00e9placer les montagnes, comme le dit le proverbe.<\/p>\n

D'ailleurs, cela n'a absolument rien \u00e0 voir avec un \"suivisme aveugle\". Au contraire : plus vos collaborateurs vous remettent en question et vous lancent des d\u00e9fis, plus votre influence s'accro\u00eet - \u00e0 condition que vous soyez pr\u00eat \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis et \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les critiques.<\/p>\n

Les dirigeants viennent toujours vers moi en me demandant pourquoi les gens ne les suivent pas assez : \"Pourquoi ne faites-vous pas ce que nous avons convenu ? Pourquoi n'appliquez-vous pas les choses comme je vous l'ai dit ?\" Voici les trois principales raisons, tir\u00e9es de mon exp\u00e9rience, pour lesquelles les gens ne vous suivent pas :<\/p>\n

  1. Ils r\u00e9pandent l'ins\u00e9curit\u00e9. J'avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 abord\u00e9 ce sujet en d\u00e9tail ailleurs. De nombreux dirigeants r\u00e9pandent l'ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 chez les autres par leur manque de clart\u00e9. La clart\u00e9 dans la communication est souvent surestim\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re drastique. Ce qui est apparemment clair pour vous peut \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement obscur pour les autres. Personne ne veut suivre quelqu'un qu'il ne comprend pas.<\/li>\n
  2. La confiance est trop faible. Bien s\u00fbr, vous le savez : si vous devez suivre quelqu'un, vous devez faire confiance \u00e0 cette personne dans une certaine mesure. Plus la confiance est grande, plus le leadership est facile. Mais ce qui est souvent ignor\u00e9 : Pour se faire pleinement confiance, il faut se conna\u00eetre et s'\u00e9valuer le mieux possible. Pour cela, il faut entreprendre des actions qui sortent du cadre des processus de travail normaux.<\/li>\n
  3. Ce n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire. Cela peut para\u00eetre surprenant, mais si vous ne voyez pas de bonne raison de suivre une autre personne, vous ne le ferez pas non plus. Donc, si les autres ne comprennent pas la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de votre leadership, cela devient difficile pour vous. La bonne nouvelle, c'est que vous pouvez cr\u00e9er cette n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re consciente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Si vous inversez ces trois points, vous avez de tr\u00e8s bonnes chances que d'autres personnes vous suivent tr\u00e8s volontiers, ce qui vous permettra ensuite d'augmenter votre influence.<\/p>\n

    Constatation en prime : les trois leviers mentionn\u00e9s s'appliquent tout aussi bien \u00e0 la vente si vous souhaitez faire de votre client\u00e8le un maximum de fans.<\/p>\n
