Les projets suivants, entre autres, rel\u00e8vent de cette strat\u00e9gie : campagne de sensibilisation \"Concilier travail et vie priv\u00e9e\", travail mobile, mise en \u0153uvre des carri\u00e8res sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, priorit\u00e9 \"Risques psychosociaux dans la gestion de la sant\u00e9 en entreprise\". C'est pourquoi, selon une annonce de novembre 2015, on renonce au niveau de l'administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale \u00e0 d\u00e9cider de mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>En se basant sur les r\u00e9sultats de l'\"Enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s du personnel 2014\", les unit\u00e9s administratives ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 initi\u00e9 la mise en \u0153uvre d'un grand nombre de mesures sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 certains domaines, comme par exemple l'introduction d'un contr\u00f4le des connaissances, d'une newsletter p\u00e9riodique ou d'une politique de messagerie \u00e9lectronique.
