Comment puis-je reconna\u00eetre une baisse de performance chez mes collaborateurs ? Comment se pr\u00e9sente une gestion efficace des absences ? Et comment collaborer avec les assureurs, les offices AI et les m\u00e9decins ? Compasso propose des informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es et du mat\u00e9riel pratique sur toutes ces questions. Vous les trouverez sur le portail en ligne de l'association, qui a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 remani\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau portail d'information a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 \u00e0 l'occasion de la manifestation Compasso \"Collaborateurs atteints dans leur sant\u00e9 mentale - employeurs sollicit\u00e9s\". Il est important de sensibiliser les employeurs et les cadres afin qu'ils g\u00e8rent ouvertement les maladies psychiques, qu'ils s'adressent \u00e0 temps \u00e0 des soutiens externes et qu'ils collaborent \u00e9troitement avec eux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\"La d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce est un investissement\"<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Streit a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les PME ont tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 investir dans la sant\u00e9 de leurs collaborateurs et \u00e0 recourir pour cela aux instruments de Compasso, en prenant l'exemple d'une entreprise de construction comptant 30 collaborateurs : \"Avec un taux d'absent\u00e9isme de 3,7 pour cent, l'entreprise doit faire face \u00e0 des co\u00fbts directs et indirects de 214'000 francs par an. Les mesures de pr\u00e9vention et de d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce r\u00e9duisent le taux d'absent\u00e9isme de 20 pour cent, ce qui correspond \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts de 42'840 francs par an\".<\/p>\n<p>Denise Camenisch, responsable Care Management et prestations Entreprise chez Helsana SA, a approuv\u00e9 cette affirmation : \"La d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce est un investissement qui porte ses fruits lorsqu'un collaborateur est atteint d'une maladie substantielle ou chronique\". Helsana a donc d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \"StayWell\", un outil qui permet aux employ\u00e9s d'\u00e9valuer et de g\u00e9rer leur situation professionnelle, personnelle et financi\u00e8re. En ligne de mire : la sant\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s ainsi que leur capacit\u00e9 de performance et leur employabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Aide externe<\/p>\n<p>Outre Compasso, les offices AI cantonaux offrent une aide non n\u00e9gligeable. Ils conseillent, accompagnent et informent les employeurs concern\u00e9s. Stefan Ritler, de l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des assurances sociales, estime toutefois que l'AI doit \u00eatre r\u00e9form\u00e9e : \"Le taux de nouveaux rentiers diminue certes, mais pas pour les malades psychiques et les jeunes\".
