(Image : Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Selon l'enqu\u00eate trimestrielle de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/swissmechanic-bleibt-im-gewerbeverband\/\">Swissmechanic<\/a>, l'association leader des PME suisses de la branche MEM, plus de 70% des membres estiment en octobre que la situation actuelle est d\u00e9favorable - en juillet, ils \u00e9taient encore moins de 50%. \"La raison principale est l'entr\u00e9e des commandes en provenance de l'\u00e9tranger et du pays, qui s'est continuellement d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9e depuis le d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e\", explique Michael Grass, membre de la direction de BAK Economic. BAK \u00e9tablit le barom\u00e8tre \u00e9conomique trimestriel \u00e0 la demande de Swissmechanic. Mais il y a aussi des signaux (mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment) positifs : \"Les entreprises ne s'attendent pas \u00e0 une nouvelle d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de la dynamique des commandes pour le quatri\u00e8me trimestre. De m\u00eame, le moral des directeurs d'achat (PMI) n'est plus que tout juste n\u00e9gatif en octobre et s'est donc quelque peu redress\u00e9 depuis son plus bas niveau en juillet\".<\/p>\n<h2>Cause : Incertitudes politiques mondiales<\/h2>\n<p>Derri\u00e8re le ralentissement de la conjoncture MEM en 2019 se cachent en premier lieu des incertitudes politiques \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger et en Suisse - de la guerre commerciale entre les Etats-Unis et la Chine aux chances de succ\u00e8s de l'accord institutionnel (InstA) en passant par le Brexit non r\u00e9solu. Ces incertitudes freinent la demande de biens d'investissement. La faiblesse de la croissance dans l'UE et la pression \u00e0 la hausse sur le franc font le reste. BAK s'attend \u00e0 ce que les incertitudes soient encore \u00e9lev\u00e9es l'ann\u00e9e prochaine, mais qu'elles tendent \u00e0 s'att\u00e9nuer. (Graphique : Swissmechanic)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Les entreprises MEM investissent quand m\u00eame<\/h2>\n<p>\"Notre barom\u00e8tre \u00e9conomique montre que les entreprises MEM continuent \u00e0 investir malgr\u00e9 la situation tendue, m\u00eame si c'est avec prudence\", constate J\u00fcrg Marti, directeur de Swissmechanic. Un tiers des entreprises pr\u00e9voit d'augmenter ses capacit\u00e9s de production en 2020. En outre, environ 30 pour cent des investissements de cette ann\u00e9e ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la modernisation de l'infrastructure de production. Cependant, un peu plus d'un quart des entreprises (28%) signalent des restrictions financi\u00e8res pour les investissements futurs.
